Jon truly is the best- Although I have not met him personally because I live in Montana, he has been working with me over the phone and through text messages for the past 3 weeks. Jon was extremely thorough with the condition of the car, very detailed in his description, photos, and took personal care to ensure my needs were met. Jon went the extra mile to ensure that the car was as close to showroom condition as possible. Jon even coordinated the transportation from MN to FL, which saved me the hassle and fees of dealing with transport brokers. There was one small issue upon arrival and Jon took care of it directly with the local BMW dealer, at no cost to me! True class-act and stand-up guy.
