Quality Inn & Suites Mall of America - MSP Airport

Absolutely amazing! They where the sweetest people & they made my stay memorable! We were in town for my sons birthday & they were giving all the kids chips & waters! Also telling him happy birthday! The room is immaculate & clean, the beds felt like giant marshmallows. I’m very greatful for the affordable hotel & the customer service because I was feeling very overwhelmed after a long day 💕✨I will always stay here every time I’m in town & I’ve already recommended my friends to stay here too!

Loved everything about our brief stay. Rooms were spacious and very clean and comfortable. Location was outstanding and close to Mall of America. Also close to many restaurants. But most of all, the people were amazing. Linda, the hotel manager was wonderful. DANIELLE F. AND SHAQUITA were so pleasant to talk to, and when they found out that my son was going to be 21 years old in 2 days they gave him $21. They are wonderful young ladies and Quality Inn and suites are lucky to have them.

We are new to Minnesota and were using this hotel to get set up around the city, the staff (namely Jay and Danielle) were so helpful and friendly, not to mention professional. They made every effort to make us feel comfortable and helped us navigate safely around the city. The pool is warm the staff area/computers were very clean and our rooms were immaculate, im shocked by the price for what we got. Oh! And the breakfast is one of the nicer hotel experiences I've had, pork sausage eggs waffles bananas and yogurt. Amazing.

Jay working at the front desk was amazing!!! We didn't plan on spending the night at a hotel but plans changed so we stopped in here. I work for a hotel myself and must stay the customer service is top notch. The room is super good for the price(stayed in Chicago the week before and my fridge wasn't even half the size as this one and there was no microwave in chicago(we stayed at a very high end hotel) ....if we ever had to come back we would for sure stay here!!!!

One of the few hotels I have been to lately that does not ask for ur credit or debit card to put on file or take holding fee out of it. Breakfast was also good and the lady kept cleaning, tidying and restocking any Breakfast item that finishes 👌, the hallway had this funny smell though.

Best night's sleep! Sheets were super soft and cuddly. Loved having a shower chair in the tub for my 82 year old mother, who is a fall risk.

In the pictures of the inn they show a hot tub but there hasn't been one there for almost 3 years. The water in the pool is warm. Overall it was a great place. Plenty of stores and things to do.

Service was great!, The guy at the front desk was very nice and helpful his name was Jay. He got us checked in quickly and told us about the area and even gave us some snacks and a coupon book for the mall!, price is also very great!!, the rooms are nice and what you would pretty much expect for the price point, only complaint would be that the room had a really strong air freshener smell but nothing terrible.

The concierge, Jay is awesome. In the short time I was at the counter he encountered several guests and he was super hospitable and very kindly helped all of them to maximize the enjoyment of their stay. Super compassionate and respectful guy, too. You the man, Jay!

The room is nice. A couple of things are not awesome, but it's ok. The pool is ok. No spa or jacuzzi, the breakfast is good. Waffle makers and cereal are the big attractions. No eggs or anything fancy.

Next to everything you need. Excellent staff and five minutes from mall of America. Pool was nice and warm and room was nice and spacious

This is my home away and (until I feel like having another one) home. Lead housekeeper for the weekdays is rude aggressive and big time RACIST! And she doesn't try to cover it up either. Very unprofessional. Front desk however is awesome. Every member no matter the shift friendly helpful and down to earth. Rooms ok but housekeepers could step their game up a little. They have wonderful leaders but their performance lacks training. House boys should pay better attention to the stairs and open common areas. Other than that this place is awesome. Great location to take out and wal Mart is literally 3 min away. Also, it's the only 4 ⭐ hotel I've stayed at that doesn't steal your money from your accounts and tell the dumbest lies to cover it up.( Super 8 will rob you blind)It's a 4 star hotel but delivers 5 star service( except for the housekeepers, they just gotta do better or recruit a whole new team.)

Stayed here overnight and I can say the hotel is just fine for the price point, you definitely can hear people above you or in the hallways but the room was clean and average style hotel room. The staff overnight was very kind and friendly and he made sure to answer any questions and helped me find my room. As a service dog handler I couldn't have been more pleased with the accessibility afforded to my dog and I as we navigated the hotel as I'm vision impaired. I would happily stay here again.

I was shocked at how beautiful this hotel is but they have wonderful quality spaces and items. Beds are super comfortable, plenty of pillows are provided. There was a fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker in the room.

My kids (12 and 14) raved about how kind the people downstairs (front desk, pool) were to them as they were playing.

Cost was completely amazing for the wonderful stay we had!

Rooms are big and great for the breakfast is good as far as the location it's under desirable it is close to everything but far from everything as well

✅ in went smoothly. Wasn't able to get blanket until day 3, because there was a shortage. Housekeeping kept room clean & stocked with needed items. Beds are just right. Not too hard, or too soft. Breakfast is good with a choice for everyone. Yogurt for the kids. No oatmeal, but there is a hot item choice along with waffles. Has a pool. No hot tub. Two newspaper choices in am. Tues May 10, 2023, according to front desk employee, tv system vandalized, so they are having lots of reception problems. Currently, our room has no tv channels & employee wasn't sure when it would get fixed. She apologized for the problem. Employees are friendly & helpful. Walmart is located directly behind hotel. Denny's is attached to the hotel, but you can't access it through the lobby, must goo outside & come in the front of the restaurant.

The check in was to notch and quite efficient and speedy. Stayed for couple days for some R&R. Heater wasn't working too part but once notified maintenance they were up there in no time to fix the issue! They allowed us a late check out which was much needed. Everything was great for our little stay!! Thanks!!

Overall experience was very good. Value for money was very good too. I booked 3 nights then extended to be 5 nights in total. It was only few minutes away of Mall of America and the airport. There was Walmart across the street (few meters). The employees were keeping the place clean all the time. Most of the employees were friendly. We had a small issue in the room window once we checked in, I called the front desk and sent the maintenance person after 5 minutes only and fix it in 1 minute.
The WiFi was free with a good speed. There was a micro wave, TV, desk with a seat, iron and its table, safe, good size mini bar,and hear dryer in the room. Room quality and cleanliness above average. The swimming pool in door was open till late, you can enjoy after spending most of the day out of the hotel.
The breakfast was one of the really good things in the place with quite enough variety of items, the lady working in the restaurant keeping the food full all the time.
There were two computers with internet in the main lobby area for the guests use/business.

The over night lady is amazingly kind and understanding. She went above and beyond the call of duty when I was stranded in the cold one night waiting to get paid. She allowed me to book a room and pro rated it so that I could get warm and rest up completely by not having to check out at 11am and instead gave me the whole day at the cost of one night. She also tried to help call a taxi service however they would have been 2hours before I could get picked up which is why the prorate happened. I fully and completely recommend staying here. They are a clean place and allow service animals, (maybe even pets but I'm unsure about that,) without any hesitation or grief.
Breakfast is hot, with eggs and sausage plus your usual cereal and bread and bagels with cream cheese... Coffee 24/7 is available as well. I love it here and I most definitely will be staying again! Thank you kindly for your efforts in making my stay feel welcomed and fulfilled.
