We contacted an agent named Yvonne Patton about her listing for sale. She refused to speak over the phone with us, only via text. We don't have an agent, so when I asked her if she could be our agent, she demanded that we send her a pre-approval letter or proof of funds. I was fine with this, but asked her if she had a moment to speak over the phone before we sent that sensitive information. She said "no sir". I'm still very interested in the listing but am weary of doing business with this company!
