Kotsovos Prom, Furs & Fine Apparel

This is where my daughter found her senior prom dress. Very professional and helpful atmosphere. It was very busy on President’s Day but there was plenty of staff on hand to handle every customer in a timely manner. The girl that helped us during fitting downstairs was just the best. She was very knowledgeable and professional. Prices were comparable to the other formal boutiques we’ve shopped. We even found earrings to perfectly match the dress. Great experience and we would definitely return and recommend.

My daughter and I had a fantastic shopping experience at Kotsovos today! It was our first time visiting, and wish we would have known about this wonderful store before senior year. The selection and customer service are top-notch! My daughter’s stylist was Bella and she was amazing! She was kind, extremely patient, actively listened to my daughter’s likes and dislikes and made the experience fun and stress-free. The store was busy today, and it was so nice to see every stylist jump in to assist each other’s customers as needed. After trying many dresses, my daughter fell in love with a stunning dress, but the store did not have the color she wanted. The manager, Victoria, quickly inquired and found the dress could be ordered from the designer in the color my daughter wanted (red!). She took the time to take measurements and have my daughter try on the recommended size in a different color to make sure it was correct. The size was perfect! We can’t wait for her dress to come in! Shopping at Kotsovos was a dream experience to match my daughter’s dream dress!

I have set a reminder to start at Kotsovos for Prom next year. We came from out of state and it's worth it. Fair pricing and large selection. I loved the tracking they do for schools. Our stylist was great but I cannot remember her name! She was honest and genuinely shared in our excitement. The space is open enough that the dresses are easy to look through. They weren't overstuffed on the racks. We were between sizes 16-20 which made selection difficult at most places but not Kotsovos. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Overall, a truly great experience with fair pricing.

I went to the store because my family insisted that I look at their gowns. I already had an idea of what I wanted and as far as I was concerned, they would not have it. Then, they introduced me to Victoria. Amazing experience. After listening to me tell her what I was looking for, she came back with a few selections. Some I would not have even thought of wearing. Guess what.With Victoria‘s help, I found the perfect dress and I am so excited! Thank you Victoria and thank you Kotsovos.

We had an exceptional experience at Kotsovos this week. The staff were so helpful, kind, and accommodating. I so appreciate that they are wheelchair accessible. They helped my daughter find her dream dress and truly created a moment of joy we will never forget! If I ever need another formal gown - this will be my first stop!

I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Tina to find my MOB dress. I was “just” a walk in on a Monday. Little did I know that it was a school holiday and the place was filled with beautiful young ladies shopping for prom. Thankfully, I was directed upstairs (and away from the intensity downstairs) and Tina took over from there. I was a little intimidated and overwhelmed, but Tina immediately put me at ease. She helped me find the perfect dress. She was specific ans honest about what worked for me and what didn’t (and why). I love my dress and I loved my whole experience. I highly recommend!

The store was jam packed today and our stylist did an amazing job helping us find the perfect dress! This makes the 3rd prom dress we’ve bought here and we are always highly satisfied! Thank you for having an amazing store and helpers! Love the interaction the wife and husband have too that own it. They are comical! 😉

Liz did a wonderful job of sharing her thoughts as to ways to improve the dresses my daughter tried on. She was very attentive & made prom dress shopping fun for everyone. We appreciate all she did to make my daughter’s senior prom memorable in an outstanding dress!

Came from 2hrs away to get a prom dress. So many selections to choose from. Abbey was so helpful and so friendly. She made our experience so fun and helped my daughter get the dress of her dreams

Greeted warmly even though it was an extremely busy Saturday. Registered and off to look at dresses quickly. Great selection of dresses from small to plus sizes. Friendly staff, caring, and compassionate to teens with body insecurities. Victoria was very kind, patient and helpful! Thank you!!

My experience shopping at Kotsovos was AMAZING. My stylist Maddie was so patient and helpful, and totally helped me find the perfect dress. The selection of dresses was fantastic and overall made the selection of my senior prom dress a breeze!

This was our first time shopping for homecoming and our experience at Kotsovos was top notch. The beautiful selection exceeded our expectations and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our stylist, Lucy M., was super helpful and sweet. She took time to understand my daughter’s preferences and ultimately found the perfect dress for her! We couldn’t have left happier. Between 2 girls, we have 7 more years of homecoming dances and proms, so we will definitely be returning!! Highly recommend Kotsovos!

We live in Louisville and decided to drive to Kotsovos in hopes of finding the perfect prom dress for my daughter. Locally, we didn’t have much luck. We were greeted at the door and met Laney who would help us find that perfect dress. She is AMAZING! She asked my daughter a bunch of questions to get a feel for what she liked and started pulling dresses off the racks. They have so many colors and unique styles that are very well organized. My daughter found “the” dress—thank you, Laney!!

Worth every minute of the 3 hour drive to see so many spectacular dresses! The owners are top notch and their employees, especially Lizzi were extremely helpful and attentive!

Absolutely love this boutique. My daughter is plus size and it’s impossible to find a decent dress for her at the chain stores. I have always had luck finding the perfect dress for her homecomings the past 2 years. And, she feels like a princess in this store!
