Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Springfield OH

The staff here was the best! So accommodating and helpful. The motel is right by fast food, Dollar Tree, Big Lots, convenient stores and several laundry mats ( this location did not have guest laundry during our stay). The rooms were remodeled and had a nice soft bed. The only issue we had during our 3 week work trip for my husband was having to get our keys reprogrammed every day but other than that it was very nice.

I stayed for five weeks. Room was clean. Wifi fast enough to do online business. Staff was courteous and helpful. Microwave and mini-fridge worked well. There's an Amaco next door for pop and snacks. There's a Bob Evans next door on the west side of the motel for meals. It met my expectations and I'd stay there again. Suggestions: Reopen the free breakfast bar. There's no reason not to. And, get the pop and snack machines working again. This was the only irritant because the owners just won't go to the trouble of getting them working. But the motel worth the money and a nice place to stay.

My stay here at USA inn has been pretty comfortable . The staff has been super! Miss Ree and her husband are very kind. Housekeeping is very good , better than expected. Good rate and a 5 star couldn't do better! You all are great and very kind! Thank you for good hospitality!👍😊

Wonderful staff, very helpful and kind. Rooms were very clean, water pressure was perfect. The hotel is undergoing renovations, so expect some things to be outdated and dinged up (wallpaper, desks in room). But the beds are brand new and the carpet and bathrooms seem to be new as well. Breakfast was very simple. This is a very nice economy hotel.

Great for the price. If you're looking for something fancy this isn't the place for you, but if all you need is a clean, quiet, and comfortable bed right off the highway you should definitely stop here.

We were in town to visit family and there happen to be some big convention the same weekend. Although we did try a couple of other hotels in the area first they were extremely rude to us. We then found USA inn and met the manager Dave . He went out of his way to be helpful and friendly. He was absolutely a joy on a very stressful day. Next time we are in town I will stay her again just because he was amazingly kind and helpful!Thank you Dave!

My experience in this hotel was really amazing the staff was friendly and fair. Their new management is making every effort to make this into a better hotel. I have only stayed their once, but after seeing the issues and the progress of the owners I would say give this place a shot as it is very clean, smells good and a good value for people on a budget like I am.

Very nice hotel. Rooms have been recently renovated and brand new beds, just like home. Rate was very nice compared to other hotels in the area. The staff was very friendly, they offered us suggestions where to eat and it was good food. I totally would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms are very clean and the beds are awesome! New renovations going on, the ownera are working hard to make it great and misty at the front desk is very helpful and good people skills! I'll be back to stay again!

My husband and I stay here atleast once a month due to our business. I love the new update.Front desk clerk Jessica is always there to help with a smiling face and thats good to see in the morning.Breakfast is always ready and good.I would recommend to family and friends.

After my stay, I had a question about the charge on my card. I called the hotel and immediately received a call back from Jessica, one of the managers. She was extremely helpful and we were able to quickly figure out the charge.

I've stayed 5 times now rooms are clean bug free and staff are nice would definitely recommend staying

The staff all but on Sunday I came in there to pay my baby's room which was 60 in cash the lady was rude an I watched her get up an go around the corner an put money in her back poct that's sad to steal it is they have an excellent staff I've came in at night an seen her sleeping several of my friends there children have gone in on days which is at night an she is covered up sleep that makes your good staff look bad Jessica an her sister mark the cleaning lady with dark hair are amazing but that new dumb lady is horrible

I give this place thumbs up! Clean room great bed nice sized TV. For the money couldn't ask for a better place.

Nice hotel.. economy rates with all average rooms... Go for it.. peaceful, quiet, comfortable.... Compared to Motel 6, econologe, quality inn, red roof
