My daughter in laws father passed away and his clothes were donated without her being informed beforehand. Every employee was here was extremely understanding, helpful, apologetic, (even though they were not at fault in any way) and caring. It's been a long time since I've felt that amount of love from complete strangers. We were able to find enough of his items that I can make something out of them for her. We need more people to be like the employees here. They helped put a smile back on her face. 💙💙💙💙

Great to support local thrift business and for a bargain if you know what you want to buy. Regular changing of stock so every week is a bit different. Staff happy to serve and had a pleasant time there

Clean store, friendly staff

My friend & I shop in both stores in Springfield on Weds. We get a Senior Discount & great deals. Nice people, & helpful when you ask. Some employees I've known for years!

I go here as often as I can. I almost always leave with a new unique treasure, or a comfy pair of jeans. Plus, the employees are great!!

Although the building is in poor shape due to the landlord's failure to invest in his property, the store is clean and I've found amazing items.
