Big Lots

Big Lots behind Arby’s, right off the freeway is very convenient. Clean and you can find things easily.

This is my regular store. The staff is always super friendly and willing to help. They don't act like it's a burden to do their jobs. If I was going to bother with it, it wouldn't be an issue returning the accidental purchase I made earlier. Bought what I thought was a Large copper fit thermal and turned out to be s No Regrets T Shirt. Lol And the T Shirt was even $2 cheaper than what I paid for it! Lol 😂😂😂

As promised I would give a good review however the cleanliness of the bathroom was suspect. I attached some photos of the urinal.

Our shopping experience for new frintroom furniture was really nice . Nikki was our sales attendant and she did a fantastic job handing all our needs and my husbands many questions. She also was training two very nice and friendly gentlemen Nathan and Jay. I can not praise these 3 individuals enoug.we were so please with them we are going back for a bed.

I recently purchased some outdoor furniture from the Big Lots in Springfield and I had the pleasure of dealing with Christina. She was so helpful and even walked in the back to make sure the pieces I was purchasing, she put hands on it and didn't rely on the computer to say it was their. She also thanked me for my military service. This girl is an asset to your company. Excellent customer service! Thank you Christina

Employees there were so polite even though it was almost closing time they still allowed us to come in and get what we needed help to find everything and I'd rate it number one as any Big lots I've ever been to in any states thank you guys for being doing such a good job my hats off to you

The Springfield store is the best by far. The store is very clean and not cluttered. The clerks and managers are friendly and very helpful!!! I will past two other Big Lots stores to come to this location again!!! I will recommend this store to my friends and family. Thank you for a great experience. Sheryl Mitman

Clean and reasonable prices.

I love this place. it's a bit run down from age but never dirty. products are very rarely out of date (which is a concern in an end-of-the-line store) and they have a unique selection of very reasonably priced items. they also carry biscuits which is the entire reason I stop in at least once a month. the staff is friendly and will open the second register if there are many people in line. Wal-Mart could learn a thing or two from them.

Nice;friendly and funny staff. They have lil bit of anything and everything you can want or need. Very clean and orginized and its one of the only places i can still find my favorite candies "Bottle Caps". My husband and i have enjoyed every visit. We love bargain shopping and we always find the best bargains here. Defiantly coming back again

I always go in for one thing and leave with ten.lol. I love the prices and I like the rewards program that sends me coupons to use. The employees are always so helpful and friendly.

The store was clean and had a decent amount of stock even for 2 days before Christmas. Decent prices compared to other big chain stores.
