Baymont by Wyndham Springfield

Stayed in the King studio suite. The hot tub was a nice size, the bed was comfortable. All the amenities worked. The water got super hot and stayed that way which was a plus. And most importantly it was very clean. I had fun swimming in the pool. The water seemed stale. Not sure if chlorine was used but it was cool. Could use more seating or tables if a lot of people were there. Breakfast was good. It was a basic continental with hot and cold options. Overall I had a great stay. I needed a break and was able to get just that. I will definitely stay again.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was AMAZING. Staff were courteous and friendly.

It's basic but it's good. Rooms were clean. Service was fast and easy. Breakfast was simple. They do have a waffle maker but no eggs, bacon, etc. Parking was great. No complaints.

The evening front desk person was awesome. Welcoming and friendly. The pool and pool area was clean but not heated which made it too cold to swim for me. Nice breakfast

I was a little bit skeptical of booking since the reviews were mixed. Upon checking in, I was greeted and the receptionist was friendly.

The check in process was smooth and fast. My room was perfect. I was only there for one night so I didn’t need much. The AC may need to be fixed since I could barely hear or feel the air coming in. But I didn’t get hot enough for it to become an issue.

Breakfast was simple. There’s waffles, fruit, bread, muffins and cereal. It’s located far enough from the interstate so it’s quiet.

A lot of people need to remember this is Wyndham’s mid range hotel category. Been staying at this hotel since 2020 when in town. The general manager who remembers us is always welcoming as are all of his employees. Rooms are clean, quite, and building with landscape is kept up. Not a five star fancy hotel, but a nice, cozy, five star down to earth hotel. We will continue to stay here and recommend others to do the same.

Very affordable, but they do not have an elevator! FYI!

Great location close to I-70 & Buck Creek State Park. Clean rooms & friendly staff, nice, but small, pool and clean pool area. Good continental breakfast options; muffins, make your own waffles, Jimmy Dean breakfast croissants, fruit, yogurt, juice and really good coffee. My only complaint is they don't provide hand/body lotion, and I had forgotten mine. Would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are newly renovated and are amazing. There is new furniture, lights, and desks in the rooms for business work. The beds are very comfortable and pillows are soft. The front desk clerk was helpful and nice during our stay. He made the check in process very simple on our end and gave us a king size bed on the first floor to avoid the stairs. The rooms are non smoking which was not an issue for us since we are not smokers. Housekeeping was very courteous and kind to us providing us with new linens and complimentary peppermints. The location of this hotel is also very good as it is right by the highway. We will be coming back here to stay again.

This may not be the most modern of hotels but it is just fine for us. It is clean and quiet and away from the noise if the freeway. The breakfast is simple but adequate. The service is really good and we will stay here again

Very nice, clean room. A little bit more pricey then I thought it should have been, but after the dump we stayed in most the week (in another city) this was a welcome break. Small pool but we didn't go swimming anyway. Small breakfast. Appreciated the fridge, microwave, and multiple tables in our room. Clean shower, no hot water though.

Clean, budget motel right near the highway. Staff is friendly and welcoming, even at 2am. Room includes breakfast: juice, Muffins, fruit, hb eggs. A deal.

It was nice plave, friendly staff. The breakfast was simple but good. The room was clean.

I needed a place to stay as I was traveling and this location was perfect for me. Despite COVID-19 happening right now, they still provided appropriate accommodations for guests. Staff was friendly and they are currently undergoing renovations, so it is only going to get better. Happy with my stay!

For the type of hotel this is I give it a 5 star. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. Seemed very safe. Doors to the rooms were on the inside of the hotel. It was a no frills hotel but it does offer an indoor pool and gym. It also offers a small breakfast bar, nothing elaborate, but more than a muffin. Our room was handicapped accessible and the bathroom was but note it has a tub. So if restricted to a wheelchair it would not have worked. It was not an issue for us. Also a walker did not fit walking forward between the two beds. On the farside of one bed it did.
We didn’t have much interaction with the staff but when we did it was fine. The evening young lady was sweet.
Within a mile of the hotel are 3 gas stations, an Arby’s, a Hardee’s , a Long John Silver and a Bob Evans. Also a drive thru beer store. All this and it seemed like a safe area. It was very easy access to interstate 70. Yet no traffic noise was heard in the hotel.
We would stay here again without hesitation.

Wonderful, genuinely kind people who are managing this hotel. Clean, welcoming surroundings and smiles make this place feel like home.
We had to pull off the highway due to a severe line of thunderstorms and just pulled under the awning of the Baymont.
It was not safe in the car so we grabbed our dog and escaped inside dreading the seemingly inevitable argument regarding pets.
We were surprised to find a warm welcome and sincere concern for our safety instead.
What a refreshing, heartwarming experience in this cold world of today. May God bless everyone at the Baymont. Thank you again for your outstanding hospitality!💕

Just wanted to give a great review and shout out to this hotel the staff was so nice and polite especially the nightclerk the rooms was clean and beds was oh so comfy I will be using this guy's for the future to come I would not waste your money elsewhere this is the place to stay for the best money for a comfortable clean stay. Thanks again for a wonderful experience

Nice clean place, dirt lot in the back. The dirt lot is not quite adequate for an 18 Wheeler, but enough room to back in then pull forward to take up a few parking spaces on the side. Great place to rest a tired trucker. I Indoor gun range next door within walking distance.

We loved it here.. very clean place and very friendly environment. Owers were very helpful. We stayed for 1 night and it was great experiance. Room decore was wonderful very well organised. Staff was very quick and responsive. Breakfast was awsome lot of varieties we found and its was vwry satiefying.. i couldnt believe that in that resonable rates that we got so many things.. indoor pool nice rooms nice breakfast. We gighly recommand this place and we definetly return next time. I m glad we found this place.
