I want to express my sincere gratitude to Dale Peterson at AAA Marlborough. Dale went above and beyond to assist my husband and me with our insurance needs, and his exceptional service truly made a difference. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but he also demonstrated genuine kindness and patience throughout the process.

VERY convenient if you have a AAA membership to also utilize their registry of motor vehicle services. What would have taken me an appointment or 2 to 3 hours at the registry, took me 60 seconds at AAA. Walking in, no appointment. Thanks!

Great location, very helpful staff as everyone is ready to help. Shawna helped me immensely with making the real id renewal very quick.

The customer service was above and beyond. While we were waiting for my daughters appointment to get her permit (we were 20 min early) we observed others getting serviced. I could not believe how patient and kind the manager and 2 other reps were with the incredibly rude customers. One couple in particular came in basically angry right away. They had one appointment and demanded 2 since “they were there together.” They then showed their shoddy documentation (who would think that a copy of their social security card would be acceptable?!) which they couldn’t use. The calmness and still willingness to help by the manager was admirable. They still left angry as they logically could not get their new licenses but hopefully feel a little bad about the awful way they treated that very kind worker.

Elsa helped us plan our trip and even though it was last minute, she made it work and we never felt rushed. Even more important, when our trip to Maui went haywire due to an unforseen wildlife she worked and was able to get us seats on a plane to another island, a hotel room and a rental car. She was there for us and you could hear the concern in her voice. THANK YOU. THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

I made an appointment to get my Real ID here instead of going to the RMV, and it couldn't have been easier! The staff was very helpful and friendly, and I was in and out in 10 minutes. Sure beats sitting at the RMV for hours...

Had an appointment to use their RMV service to renew my driver's license to a RealID. Process was smooth; I was in and out quickly.

In and out in 5 minutes, with everything as safe and sanitary as possible!! The passport pictures I got taken also came out great, and they even took multiple and let me choose, all for free because I have gold membership! The experience was really all I hoped for.

I was there to renew my mom's state ID. They were very helpful and efficient. It was a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend doing as much RMV business there as possible that must be done in person. Get your Real ID there!!!

Went for passport photos. Service was great and expedite. Out in under 10 mins. Platinum member meant free set of photos for a family member.

Mr. Brodie and his team were very helpful and kind regarding my application for REAL ID. Everything went smoothly. You need to do a short paperwork and set up an appointment in advance. Due to Covid-19, you may have to wait two weeks to get an appointment. Parking space is no problem. Make sure you bring the necessary documents listed. Some transactions like converting an out-of-state license to MA are not included.

The family and I went to AAA just before closing to get passport photos. We were treated kindly and the man taking the photos we pleased to take extra photos to be sure we liked them. They came out great and were presented in a nice little booklet. We also had questions and need for maps and info for an up coming trip. The woman that helped is could not have been nicer and more willing to see that we got the information we needed.

At minimum wage, it pays for itself! Everyone knows that AAA is great for the times you're stuck on the side of the road. Today I learned that they do registry stuff in house! I needed to get my license updated to include my Veteran's status and new Real ID thing. I filled the paperwork out online, and when brought my documents in, I had a photo taken and a shiny new license in my hand in under 6 minutes.
Everyone was super nice and I realized that if I made minimum wage, one visit to AAA during time of from work would pay for itself with an hour and 15 minutes of not waiting at the registry.

I recently purchased Euros from this AAA office. They said it would take a week in receiving them: they were there in two days! The service was outstanding. Both the person who took my order and the one who gave it to me when I went to pick up were extremely nice and accommodating. I have used the office many times before: for personalized maps, for two road trips (Boston to Virginia using the best scenic route, and Boston to Memphis, hitting great highlights and a 10 day road trip to the Canadian Maritimes.!); travel information, travel gadgets and many more. I highly recommend them!

Had no appointment but helped my Mom right away renewing her license. Thank you very much better then any RMV! 👍

Never had a crew of people helping everyone that walked through the door the way they did. Every one of the staff seemed to be cross trained with everyone else's position. And everyone understood customer service as a job description more than a title!

Great service at this AAA site. We visit this site to buy gift cards and the crew know us by now. Chad, the branch manager takes the time to call his customers when there are special offers on some of the gift cards.
They always welcome us with a smile and remember our names.

I went to obtain my new REAL ID, I set up the transaction through the RMV website then logged into AAA to schedule an appointment with the documentation rather than going to the RMV which I highly recommend for any possible RMV service that AAA can do! Avoid the wait and the crowds!!
