I have been coming here since Robb owned the salon. It is the absolute best. I was so overjoyed knowing that Bella was going to continue this lovely salon. I have thick hair and Janis knows exactly how to handle it. She listens to what I want and always gets it right. I know when I leave, I am going to be in love with my hair. Bella had created a wonderful atmosphere and it’s always like going to see friends. This is a true gem in Cortlandt.

Love this Hair Salon! Janis and Marcella did our hair and makeup for my sons wedding. It was an awesome experience. There is a such a warm happy vibe here. They really spent time figuring out what would work to make each of us look our very best. We all looked fabulous!
It also is my regular salon for all my hair needs. I am always getting compliments on my dark red hair color as well as my great hair cuts. Don't hesitate to give them a try. You'll be hooked.

The Tu Sei Bella team provided outstanding hair and makeup services for my wedding in July. They worked with care and attention to detail to ensure that our group of four were completely happy with our glam looks for the big day. Janis and Marcella made preparing for the wedding so easy by maintaining a thorough understanding of my desired look better than I could recall myself! They were also available to discuss our hair and makeup plans for the wedding multiple times leading up to the event. We felt very well taken care of by the Tu Sei Bella team and their work was perfect! Highly recommend.

My experience at this beautiful salon was beyond amazing! I've tried many local salons and this was the first time I felt truly welcomed and listened to! Janis was amazing and I left loving everything about my hair!

Her entire staff is wonderful and kind! Can't say enough about how great Tu Sei Bella Salon is! 2020: Bella and Robb are awesome!! Love how my hair looks every time I walk out!! Plus Bella makes me laugh every time I see her!! A wonderful experience!!

Bella, the owner, is simply amazing! She cares deeply about each and everyone of her clients and is willing to do what it takes to make them look their best. I have patronized many different salons in Westchester and in Manhattan but Bella is truly in a class by herself. She has created an atmosphere here that is positive, fun and upbeat. A wonderful first time there, certainly not my last there. Everyone was so warming and welcoming the second I walked in. Bella was extremely helpful setting up my appointment and Janis did a wonderful job with my hair. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good haircut!

As always Bella and Robb do not disappoint. They are 2 of the sweetest, most down-to-earth people I know. They are professional and talented and a joy to spend time with, all while getting pampered. They have taken every precaution with regard to Covid-19, even going so far as to offer outdoor haircuts. If you are able to support a small business during these uncertain times, this should be the one!

Absolutely awesome experience! Never been to a salon before, had a tone of questions regarding hair care/styling and the new owner Bella was super friendly and answered all my questions and helped me chose some hair care products that are a perfect fit for me. Bella and Rob are both fantastic hairdressers. Bella is awesome when it comes to coloring, cutting and blow drying your hair! They use the Dyson blow dryers which makes all the difference!
The prices are very reasonable!

Robb has managed my hair color for years. I followed him from another salon because his eye for color and friendly, customer focused attitude are so good. Robb took my hair from red to blond using highlight treatments to ensure it was a slow, professional transition over time. I did not have one bad hair day! My trust in what Robb can do is so high I'd easily fall asleep in the chair and not worry one iota about what he was doing. He'll gladly consult with you, explore options for your desired color and look, and then work with you along the way. Try him out!

Trying to find a great hair stylist after moving to the area 16 months ago was difficult to say the least. After 2 failed attempts, I resigned to driving 50 minutes back to my old salon. Dreading the inconvenience, I figured I'd give the area one last try and see if 3rd time really is a charm -- it was. Rob is fantastic. He's personable, knowledgeable and most importantly knows how to cut and style. My first visit was great; I'm hoping to build a long relationship with Rob's Salon.

Robb is a talented hairdresser, who takes the time to consult & spend time and ideas with you. I love that the salon is cozy and you never feel rushed!! Robb is a leading color specialist all over the country!! I go weekly and always love my hair!!
