My husband and I started our hunt for a new suv a few months ago. We stopped by Kia in Springfield to check out their inventory and was greeted by Angelica. She was absolutely fantastic, personable and easy to work with! She helped us test drive a few vehicles. I had a lot of questions and Angelica was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and their features. Throughout the next few weeks she went above and beyond by sending me texts about their updated inventory along with short videos. She reached out the moment the specific SUV I was looking for arrived.

I bought my very first brand new car in January. A not so pleasant experience at KIA Beavercreek brought me to your location and I was lucky enough to have William Camp as the salesman to help me out and I could not have had a more pleasurable experience. He was very patient and helpful and I could not say enough good things about him. I am a very indecisive person and kept changing my mind and could not decide on color and I was so overwhelmed by this big decision and purchase I was making he had to explain the difference with the features of the different KIA models a few times and he was so patient and understanding. He has a very calming and has a personable and friendly demeanor that made the experience enjoyable and less stressful. I can not express enough how great he was and I would recommend everyone go see him!

Buying a car can be stressful. Fortunately, I had the privilege of buying one from my daughter, Skyler Utterback, at Jeff Wyler Kia. All personal bias aside, Skyler had very clearly explained the process along the way, allowing me the opportunity to make a sound and informed decision without the pressure, stress, and anxiety that can sometimes come with buying a car. Tyler Fazio goes above and beyond to make sure you’re getting the very best service. I simply hit a button to check on the availability of a Carnival, and almost instantly, Tyler and his team sprung to action to see what info I needed. He even thought to send a video my way, which was a personalized tour of the vehicle’s interior and exterior (I live hours away from the dealership, so it was much appreciated). I threw other hurdles his way, thinking we couldn’t possibly find a way to make a deal work with me living so far away, but he came up with solutions to all of them. It’s apparent to me that he really wants you to find the car you want at the best price. Thanks for all of your help, Tyler.

I went to Jeff Wyler Springfield looking for a new ride. I was nervous doing so as it was going to be my first big purchase from a car dealership.
I made an appointment online with Angelica Slise. I arrived and she had the car ready that I wanted to look at, waiting for me to test drive and check out.
She explained all the features and was so caring to my wants in a vehicle. She was very friendly and kind to my uncles that I brought along and answered all of our questions .
She gave us great customer service and so did all the other team members there. She made my first experience buying a car so easy!!
She also went and pulled other options that we’re in my price range up to the lot for me to test drive while I was test driving one vehicle. Angelia was very awesome and was very patient . I definitely would give her 10 stars !!!! Everybody at the car dealership was amazing and friendly!
