We all have heard so many stories about real estate agents and how stiff & money driven they can be. Would you like to be proven wrong? Go to Coldwell Banker in Northborough & ask for Jeri Baily. We never got the feeling that her commission was all she was after and that our needs didn't matter. In other words she made us feel as important a client as the seller she represented. We never locked horns on a single subject and she was very clear & easy to understand. That took the sting out of "Oh boy! Another agent who probably won't even make eye contact!".
She knows her business & seemed relaxed even though she did have a lot going on that day. But the bottom line is that she made the deal happen. She did her job without grinding us down. How rare.
We wanted to post this thank you & review about Mrs. Baily because she damn well deserves it. Believe me when I tell you that had it gone another way I would have told you to stay away from this office. Instead I say "kudos" to Coldwell for having brought Jeri Baily on board.

Never called our agent back after we put an offer on a house. We found out it was under contract by looking online! Very unprofessional!!
