CVS

I'm adding a five star review because honestly I've never had an issue with this CVS and I have always liked the staff there. I think most of the one star reviewers here mostly just have ridiculous expectations or have never been to a pharmacy before, because wait times are sometimes necessary when you have a system that's absolutely stressed to its limits and for the most part my prescriptions are always there immediately when I pick them up.

Plus, I love the pharmacist that I normally see there. She is really friendly and knowledgeable even with the high stress levels of the room, and I think Kumar can be a bit of a straight shooter with his communication but I never found him to be rude at all. CVS isn't a perfect company but I've always been happy with the Northborough location.

I found everything I was looking for...checked on a prescription that wasn't filled due to Dr.not calling it in.

Staff is Great
Store is stocked and clean.

The pharmacy always has my refills ready before I even need them, they are incredibly friendly, and they send me automatic reminders to pick up my prescriptions (i really need reminders)

pharmacy is awful. the people there try their best but the fact that they might not have my medicine at all times is ridiculous. theyd have me going around to other cvs in the area. after years of dealing with this hassle every month, wegmans has no problem getting my prescription ready when i drop it off.

Rachel at the Minute Clinic with extremely nice and helpful. First shot I've had done in years and barely felt it. If your looking to get vaccinated this is a great place to go

Quick Friendly

Pharmacists are great! !

IDK if it's just me but the clerk was friendly and pointed me promptly to the item ms i needed. When I was ready to cash out she noticed and asked me if I was ready and checked me out quickly as well. Place is close by and easy access. They have a decent little grocery section too

This CVS also lost a roll of film that I brought in to get developed once. I almost never write reviews on this place, but I saw the comment below and felt obliged to. A part from that, it is a good store to shop at

One of my favorite places in town (and that means something considering the saturation of pizza places here). Really good meat in the toppings. Good burgers, calzones, and subs as well.
