Walked in, couldn't hear, walked out hearing again! Doctor was very knowledgeable and congenital. Felt like she was generally interested in my case and explained all my opinions. Took all the time necessary to explain the advantages of the different models of hearing aids and found the right one for me.

My experience was a very pleasant one. My doctor was very nice very thorough, and all my questions explained the results of my test so I can understand them. I would recommend hearing life to anyone on my friends.

I have always been very satisfied with Hearing Life. Have recommended them as I have confidence that they really do a great job . My first experience was with Dr. Terry. I was concerned when he went to Urbana but now it’s Dr Abigail Bavaro (Abby) and I am totally satisfied with her!

I was an unannounced walk-in to address an issue with a hearing aid. They took me in immediately and fixed my problems efficiently and professionally.

I am 84 years old with severe hearing loss. My right ear cochlea is gone from surgery to remove a benign tumor, I only hear with my left ear which is near deaf without an aid. My Phonak aid was not doing the job and my Ohio State audiologist was in the process of changing location.
As Hearing Life with Terry Burris is only 3 blocks away from my apartment, I stopped in to see what could be done quickly. Terry suggested the Oticon Xseed, as the most powerful. I bought one from him. As it is normal for some adjustments with a new aid, Terry was as nice and accommodating as possible. He was easily available, took all the time to explain everything, and I recommend him as a quality hearing device provider.

This is the second set of hearing aids i have purchased. The first set I purchased was from a company that had little or no customer service. They literally handed them to me and said goodbye. This office and the (Bluetooth) hearing aids are great! He set everything up before I arrived to pick them up, and took the time to "fine tune" and explain everything. It ha s been a real positive experience. Thank you

I loved them as soon as I had them on. The crickets were gone. I could hear the stairs creek. I can here in a crowded resteraunt. I can not feel them at all. TV is down under 15 volume. Hearing whispers clearly.
They are completely invisible.

Tim is very knowledgeable and helpful. He has taken care of me for several years. I also appreciate that there is no extra costs to have my hearing aids tuned and stocked with batteries.
