The experience from start to finish was easy and they were super helpful. They were able to get to the house a head of their appointment, diagnose the concerns and get a replacement set up for the next day. Total install took about 7 hrs and they had 3 techs working to be as efficient as possible. The temperatures for those days the system was down where in the high 80 to low 90s, and it was a necessity to get things done as soon as possible.

Big thanks to Scott and Five Star for getting my older furnace running like new again. Scott went above and beyond, leaving no stone unturned to diagnose and fix my issue. Truly living up to the name Five Star.

Easy to contact and schedule with a live person. Extremely reasonably priced and since I used them previously for heating maintenance, I was confident trying their AC maintenance. Service tech called in advance and was running early which actually worked out perfect for me. He performed all the maintenance and gave me some tips to keep it running as well as possible. He was also very personable and professional. All as expected and I will continue to use them.

Last year, I replaced my 15 year old furnace after the blower motor died, and got a good deal plus a 10 year parts warranty for a 96% efficient two stage Carrier gas furnace. The guys that came out were super friendly and got it installed quickly.

They also do my AC tuneups and furnace tuneups and run specials on those. They were just out to replace my AC capacitor and I was able to schedule same day repair. Only took about 30 minutes to fix. Pretty awesome. Once my AC goes, I'd definitely call them and would consider a heat pump, to offset some natural gas usage as prices seem to be getting higher recently.

Scott was very friendly to explain the issues, and always kept a backup plan ready. I was very happy with the service he provided. I would highly recommend him for any HVAC related problem. The punctuality and affordability also get a Five Star from me.

The service tech was thorough and worked to provide us with a very fair quote. We almost immediately agreed and the installation took place the next day. The 2 installation techs were on time and on point. They were courteous and made sure they explained the system. I would definitely recommend!!

Just got a new HVAC system installed by Lewis Center-Powell Heating & Air (same as Five Star). Best price/value in town. Installation went smooth. Called them back to have someone adjust blower fan speed. Josh Anderson came out and did a great job at finding the proper way to optimize my system, but also identified a few other issues and took care of them. Great experience, would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

5 Stars All around - Furnance went out on a Saturday, they had a tech at our house within a few hours. Scheduled an appointment first thing Monday and they were on time, polite, respectful, efficient and a great price too! Best service I've had and highly recommended!

The sales call for replacement of my furnace was very detailed and the service was well priced. I accepted their proposal. Two technicians installed furnace in one day. My furnace was old so it took time to dismantle. Brad and Kevin did excellent work. A few days later I had questions so Carl, the person who gave the initial quote, and Cory came to inspect and answer questions. They both were very helpful, extremely knowledgeable. All in all, the experience with Lewis Center Powell Heating and Air could not have been better. Skillful staff, excellent product and priced right. I got four quotes for a furnace replacement and this company was the best.

We called at 11am on a Saturday morning and they were at our house by 2pm. Pooya was our technician and was VERY thorough, polite, & informative. He really helped us develop a better service plan for both our A/C and furnace. Pricing was very fair and upfront. Thank you for saving us from having to possibly buy a new furnace sooner than necessary. We will see you in the spring!

The technician was knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the problem and repaired my AC unit very quickly. Kendall was his name. He made my wife feel very comfortable while at our home. This meant a lot as I was away on business. I was able to set up and handle everything with them over the phone mostly through text which I thought was awesome. If I have any other needs within the area of HVAC I will be asking for him personally.

Tech was honest (most importantly) and courteous. Quick appointment is also important when temperature is in 90's. We appreciate Lewis Center HVAC company and would recommend them
