I’ve had 2 different computers worked on in the last 10 years from upgrades such as installing a mother board, increasing memory and repairing a mouse pad on my laptop. All the work and interface with staff has been great.

ICT has been our only computer place for about 20 years. They have built 2 computers for us that are still used daily. Service has been great, usually about our mistakes.

Been going to them for a number of years..very satisfied with service.

Convenient and customer-oriented. Theyve helped me with a couple systems now and the service has been great. The team is very nice and knowledgeable too—especially Alex

Fixed my computer in about an hour for $150. As far as I know, that is a great market price. Good service!

I took my iPad Mini 4 to ICT to repair an issue with the screen. They fixed screen but the home button became loose and after a few uses the button got stuck. I took it back for them to fix the home button, and then got a call back the next day to let me know that the iPad was no longer functional. They said these things happen with electronics. The returned my $160 to replace the iPad screen, but now the iPad is completely broken and they don't know how to fix it.

Given other reviews, it doesn't look like they have a good track record with iPads.

A friend took a working iPad with a cracked screen to replace the screen. They destroyed the iPad in the process of trying to replace the glass screen and now the iPad doesn’t even turn on. When he complained they said they were NOT responsible for *ANY* damage they do to the equipment in the process of trying to fix it. It’s actually written in the service agreement “ICT is not responsible for any additional breakage to the device during the repair process…”. When he complained, they simply shrug their shoulders and said “not my problem”. He insisted and they actually laughed and said “your choice to bring it here”.

Imagine taking your car to the shop for oil change and they give it back to you with a broken motor and is not their responsibility…NEVER go to a business that is not willing to stand by its own work. DO NOT go to ICT.

I recently purchased the parts to assemble a new desktop computer. After assembling and disassembling the components a few times and trying a handful of fixes without getting it functioning I took it to this location to see if they could do anything.

Owner assured me this was something their shop did. Came back with a 100 dollar charge for telling me that a part was incompatible without an update(bios on motherboard). This is true in theory but when I took it apart again the bios chip is clearly marked with an updated version number, meaning that he did not actually take my computer apart at all, the problem ended up being a short in the power switch of the cheap case I had purchased, something I feel should have been simple catch for a repair shop that was really trying. Do not recommend this place for actual computer issues as they didn’t open up my case and charged me for a full diagnosis anyways (which is why it was a completely wrong one)
