Panera Bread

Food is always prepared well & the presentation is very good. We have picked up Sourdough Bread there 3 times, it tastes very well and has a crusty top ! 🤤

First time ever eating here. I got chicken noodle soup and a Caesar salad, and the soup is amazing! The croutons are a little stale tasting, the dressing is the best I’ve tasted, and I didn’t get my chips, I got bread instead- I don’t like it. but overall I’ll be back.

Tired of eating the same thing so we had Panera for dinner. Pepperoni Flatbread Pizza and Ceaser Salad was delicious.

Just had Panera’s breakfast for the first time! They gave me the wrong sandwich which I noticed when I got home. That’s ok. We all make mistakes. I took it back to the restaurant just as they were switching over to lunch. They still corrected my breakfast sandwich and gave me a new fresh hot vanilla latte to go with it. I have to say the workers there were kind and eager to correct the mistake! Great job Panera team!!! Thank you!

When I walked in with my roommate, we saw a team of employees doing a dance jig and enjoying their time working. I immediately loved the energy. Tyler was the person who served us and was soooo kind and helped me figure out what I wanted to eat. My sandwich wasn’t on the menu but I told him the Ingredients and he figured out what sandwich I wanted and made it happen. He also let my roommate and I pick which specific chocolate chip cookie we wanted and was overall 10/10. Thanks Panera brad

I frequent this Panera Bread location couple times a week during the morning. Food is always great and as well as the service. My only compliant is that they actually clean the tables. I am always having to clean a table before I sit down.

I spoke to Bill about a rapid carry out order I placed (I ordered broccoli cheddar soup and wanted tomato instead) he was so kind and was able to make that happen for me no questions asked. This is the third night the past 5 days I’ve ordered from this Panera because they’re so friendly there and efficient and fast! Great customer service from Bill at Panera in Heath OH!

Tried the new pepperoni baguette sandwich. It's delicious. Also had my go-to orange scone, which is always good.

The food is so fresh here, with great taste, and transparency in their ingredients...it's all real food! Join the coffee club. Unlimited cups of coffee, tea, or iced coffee. 3 cups of coffee, and the membership price pays for itself. Great place to go sit if you need to do computer work or have a meeting. Free wi-fi, and quiet, pretty atmosphere.

Quick friendly service, ever since Patience has been in the drive thru things have improved 1000%. Makes a huge difference seeing a smile in the morning and someone who seems to enjoy her job, and truly cares about the guests.

Different than other Panera’s in Cleveland area. You can tell from the taste of the coffee even. There is a lady who works in the early morning shift. She is so nice. She made my day today. The world is turning around for the sake of these nice people. Thank you!

Always good soup and sandwiches.

I had their turkey sandwich and their mac and cheese in a bread bowl. both were really good! Also a good place to hangout with friends or have a business meeting! would totally go back / refer people to go here

I usually come in for the bagels, although their food is really good. They have one of the most unusual drink menus I have ever seen: I am currently drinking Prickly Pear Hibiscus Fresca, and in the summer they have specialty frozen lemonades. At the current moment just by the pop with refills they have 3 teas, 2 lemonades, and a Fresca. When you buy a meal and drink you can add one of thier delicious pastry items for 99¢. I have not found a pastry from here I haven't liked. People tend not to bring young kids, or noisy ones at least, so it's usually quiet. I will say if you have a picky child you may have problems finding something they'll eat, although they do have white cheddar mac n' cheese. The dining section is spacious and includes a few places you could hold a casual meeting, or college students to meet to discuss projects. The only thing I will warn you on is if your coming for the bread bowl be up at the crack of dawn, cause they seem to never have them.
