One of the best stores under the best buy chain! I just love the customer service the team here offers, they are very patient and knowledgeable . The store is also very clean and organized!!

Had an exelent experience with the sales team on an early monday morning. They did not have exactly what I was looking for, but came away with a new laptop and tv could not be happier with the products purchased. Sales team was well prepared and had the anwers to my questionsnat thier finger tips.

I am usually nof a big fan of the big chains but this place was super easy and efficient I got the specific power source I needed and was in and out in less than 5 minutes

Billy in the geek squad was very friendly and super helpful when my laptop crashed. He made me feel my problems were important and was interested in how to help. Billy made at all sound easy. He explained the process and then went out his way to tell my options. Billy call sales floor on his radio and I was met by Ben a very knowledgeable and friendly sales person. He explaining features and pluses of each model. I ended up spending less than I worried I would have to! Again kudos to a well oiled team! So glad I am a total tech member that saved me time and money.

They have great customer service! I took back a printer purchased in April that had issues working. They gave me the option of a return on my credit card or a store credit. Due to the pleasant experience, I chose to give them my business and purchased a new printer! We even got a $10 gift card!

Great peeps and always available for questions and they allow you to try different cell phone cases to see which one works the best. This is very much alike Wally World where I was told you are not able to take things out of the boxes

Can really only do a review for best buy based on interactions with employees because the company's return policy of 15 days is BS. Only way around that is buying the extended warranty which again is BS. SO that being said I've always had good customer service interactions here so far.

Got my new Bluetooth today. Can't wait to cook dinner tonight....update.....it is so loud and just the best 👌

First off, we are not very technical people. The staff has been very helpful walking us through things. Their return policy is great, we purchased a sound bar, and were missing a cord. We returned to the store to get a cord but they exchange the entire unit for another.

Store is clean and organized. Staff was nice and very helpful when my husband was trying to locate a product.
