Giant Eagle Supermarket

I asked the bakery to do an Ohio State colors birthday cake. When I picked up yesterday and she opened the box , I was blown away! I don't know who decorated this cake but it was amazing. Best cake ever !

Giant Eagle Staff are typically very friendly and helpful.
"Caine"(employee) in the liquor store greets customer and always has a Smile!! As well as the gentleman employee greeter at the Carts Grocery Entrance.
Upon arriving at the Customer Service Center needing a check cashed from a new employee not to be the most pleasant or helpful individual.

I buy donuts every weekend and the bakery at Giant Eagle is by far the best and freshest donuts in Licking County so far.

Bring your own bags! It was my first time there and I didn't know this. Paper bags are available for .05 cents each. Very clean store with competitive prices, staff was friendly.

Kroger canceled on me 6 hours before I needed my cake, Giant Eagle went above and beyond by preparing a cake last minute and making my little guys 5th Birthday special! The bakery at this location has absolutely won me over, and the lovely ladies that were working today definitely need recognized for their excellence in customer service!

Bought cake for my mums 91st birthday wonderful lady in bakery went extra mile to make it beautiful for her.

Cafe area for eating alone or dining with others. We, on New Years Day picked up scrumptious baked chicken, hot & ready to eat. Prime 24pc. for only $29.99, hot & ready too eat. We served family guests, then had a late Christmas Gift 🎁 Exchange & had plenty left over for several more meals.

Favorite grocery store!!! Could use more registers open, but it's obvious they are trying. I've noticed they have tried to hire people to fill the need. The younger ones seem to want to come in late continuously, which forces them to hire the elderly who have physical difficulty doing the job at the register. Other than that I love everything about this grocery store!!!

I thought it said giant beagle, I was excited because I could exact my revenge against Clifford after all these years.

I've always enjoyed shopping at Giant eagle throughout the years. The people and management are always very kind and helpful . The produce like meats and veggies are always fresh and at competitive prices.

Giant Eagle in Heath is absolutely fabulous. Always stocked, employees are always so very nice. Produce is always fresh and everything is always clean 💞

One of the bigger supermarkets I have been to. And If you really don't want to do the shopping they have a bar with craft beer! That's why it gets 5 stars!

No long lines, employees are very helpful and nice!! Always have everything I need and not empty shelves like every other store!!

I had a not been in a giant eagle for months now🧐 I can’t remember maybe more than a year. A Very pleasant surprise. I also found some hemp milk for the first time in a long time.

Great products. Very fresh but more $$$ than other grocery stores. Try their pumpkin soft drop cookies in the fall. Yum!

I'm only rating the Bakery as I've really never shopped there.
However, they have the BEST cakes I've ever had!! They do a wonderful job on decorating. The Bakery staff is very friendly and accommodating! I ordered the 1st cake I got from there because they were the only place I could find to do it on short notice. It was FABULOUS! BEST buttercream icing around!!
I just ordered my 2nd cake for a special occasion from them and it was perfect! This one was for a baby shower for my youngest daughters first baby! Unfortunately, I was so busy cooking, visiting and trying to eat in between that I didn't even get a pic of the cake! 🤦
I'll never order a cake from anyplace else! Great prices too.
