I usually just pop in and usually get someone right away. Once in a while I'll call ahead and they tell me to wait 30 minutes or come right away. They are always friendly and I get a great mani/pedi for a great price.

We were delighted to have them take us as a walk in. It was relaxing and they did a great job.

Oh my gosh..my first time to this establishment. I will differently go back. Very professional staff that do a fantastic job. The chairs and leg rubs feel so good. I wanted to stay there all day. The polish looked beautiful, many layers and a top coat. Prices reasonable. Also, walk ins welcomed.

This salon is great! They were able to take me as a walk-in when my go-to salon was closed and I had tried three other salons before going to Orchid. Not only did they take me as a walk in, but they also thanked me multiple times for coming in even though they had a busy day. I did wait a bit to have the services performed, but I didn’t mind since I was a walk-in. My dip powder lasted approximately 2 weeks. I had the basic pedicure done and it was done well. I would definitely recommend this salon to a friend!

This place is perfect! My nails were breaking every time I got dip nails at a certain salon in Dublin they would chip in a few days but coming to the salon has changed my life and I’m much happier. It’s been almost 3 weeks nails have not chipped and I have a six month old. The owner is so caring so passionate and goes above and beyond to making sure you get the best quality nails service. With Covid I love how the owner keeps the salon very clean and takes all the precautions as my six month old comes with me at each appointment.As a healthcare worker I would definitely recommend this place 100% percent!

The staff is amazing, I will be returning!!!! I came here on a referral from a friend. Tyny did my pedicure and it was the absolute best Pedi I have ever had. The foot massage was so relaxing and fabulous! I will be returning! I also got a full set of pink and whites, which I love! Please come visit them and treat yourself!!

I have always had wonderful service here, and my nails always look great. Staff is friendly and efficient. The salon is bright, modern and most importantly, clean. I have been to a lot of other nail places, and have had major problems. I have never had a problem at Orchid, and have been a repeat customer for the last two years.

I’ve had several dip manicures from here and they have all been exceptional. The dip stays on for 3-4 weeks, and I’ve never had an issue with breaking or chipping. Everyone here is so professional and great!

I love love love this place. The service is always amazing. They give excellent manicures and pedicures and actually care about the quality of their work. They offer you pop or water too regardless if you're waiting or not. I made the mistake of going somewhere else since they were busy but never again. This place can't be beat!

Best mani/pedi's I've ever had (and I've had a few) --they usually last 4 weeks every time. They don't crack, chip or peel like they do from other nail places. The tech's are great and the price is reasonable. You may have a wait without an appointment because there are only three nail tech's-because the owner demands excellence, but it's worth the wait!! They are the BEST!!

I love this place! They always do an awesome job. I don't mind driving from Reynoldsburg to Powell because I have not found another nail spa that does a great job at a good price.
