I only rented from Nicastro Properties for a short period of time, but I was highly impressed. Nick is really friendly and runs a well oiled machine. Any questions, concerns, or maintenance requests were quickly addressed. I would highly recommend Nicastro Properties.

My son recently moved into one of their properties and the process ran very smoothly. We quickly realized that he forgot to get his parking pass for the property in advance so that it could be mailed to him prior to the start of school. I contacted Mr. Nicastro and he went above and beyond to make sure the pass was received that day and even had his staff personally deliver it to my son so that any fees could be avoided.

I lived in a Nicastro property, and my time there was great. Mr. Nicastro was a great landlord who had an active interest in making sure his renters had a quality experience. Repair requests with the handyman where often handled the day they were put in, and Mr Nicastro was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. You'd be hard pressed to find a better landlord, especially in the campus area.

Our experience and dealings with Nicastro properties has been nothing short of professional with a true intention to provide excellent customer service. As a property owner, Nick, has done an excellent job of communicating issues and or his expectations of a renter of his properties. He is readily available and always responds in a timely fashion for any matters that concerned us. All matters are resolved timely and again with the true intent to provide excellent customer service.

Nicastro Properties & Campus Handyman has been my personal saving grace for many, many years now. I couldn't be happier with the professional, trustworthy and reliability I've experienced year after year.

These guys know the Central Ohio and Campus Area better than anyone I've met during the 17 years I've owned property there.

Our son stayed in one of their properties his senior year. It was clean upon move in and worked perfectly for him. If there were any concerns they were quickly addressed.

Nicastro Properties has always been an absolute pleasure with which to work. The management team runs a top notch, first rate business with online invoicing, maintenance ticket submissions, and responsive customer service. Oh, and did I mention the tremendous quality and value you get when you lease one of their gorgeous Columbus or Ohio State campus homes? You can't go wrong by renting from the best in the business.

Nick and his team are fantastic! They are professional, friendly and always quick to respond. Any issues with the property are addressed immediately and the Campus Handyman team is always so pleasant. Nick makes renting easy and is by far the best landlord we have ever had.

I lived at the 1600 N 4th hours and the stay was nothing but excellent. The handyman repairs came same day as requests were put out and fixed everything perfectly. Mr. Nicastro was an amazing landlord who was very understanding. You won’t find a better landlord Columbus!
