When dealing with insurance companies, especially these days, you don't always expect to get great service and even better results. I approached Cyndi and her team at Lewis and Clark with an issue concerning a property that my family owned. We had a five day window to get a policy in place. It only took her THREE days to inspect the property and find a policy that suited my needs and my budget. She did all that while juggling a huge workload and a staff member out ill. She even worked through the weekend to get the job done. Throughout the entire process she was patient, professional and most importantly listened carefully to me. I would not hesitate to recommend her and her agency for any insurance needs and would use them again in an instant.

Cyndi and Mike have been great! I love dealing with people whereby the feel is "these are 'regular people,' just 'hometown folks' who want to help and serve." That's exactly who they are! So much better than dealing with the big corporates for whom you are just a number, you never talk to the same person twice, they don't know you, nor do they care to know you.

Josh and the whole gang at Lewis Clark Insurance are amazing. I came in looking to get a better rate on my home and auto insurance. Not only did he get me a better rate, I also received increased coverage on both my home and auto coverage. He took his time, listened to my concerns as well. I was notified by my mortgage company at least 2 weeks after my insurance company canceled my insurance. No notice that they were doing it or anything. So my mortgage company was going to insure my house. We all know how expensive that is. And you don't get the greatest coverage either. I called Lewis Clark first because I had a list of numbers to try to find insurance immediately. Cindi from Lewis Clark took the bull by the horns. She told me not to worry about it, we would get me insured as soon as possible. She continually stayed on top of it. She was honest with me and told me that I would have to go through the Ohio Insurance FAIR Plan. She assured me that even though I couldn't get coverage anywhere else, she would make sure I got coverage. She told me to leave it in her hands and she would take care of it. I went down and made a deposit and she took care of everything else. Thank you Cindi.
