Buffalo Wild Wings

My boyfriend and I came on a Tuesday night and sat at the bar. The bartender named Erica was the BEST! Extremely friendly and attentive to all of our needs and questions. My boyfriend throughly enjoyed his beers (Coors Light) and my margaritas were top notch (Strawberry Margarita)! The wings were hot and crispy. We ordered the new flavors Honey Garlic and Honey Sriracha and BOTH were a 12/10! So sad they’re limited time only - so definitely order them while you can! I would highly recommend this location to anyone in the area! The General Manager (sorry I didn’t get her name) was extremely helpful when there was a mishap in the kitchen! Will definitely frequent this establishment in the future!

Went for lunch for my birthday and showed waitress my phone for my birthday wings. She made it easy to do.she was very knowledgeable.
I got the bourbon barbecue wings for a limited time. They was amazing.
Just sad that all the amazing items are only for a limited time and they take off the menu.
Go try them before they are gone!

ALOT Great TVs watch sports. Lexy is a great server. She deserves a raise. On a time she was ONLY server in bar area during a BUCKEYE game she done a VERY GOOD JOB by herself. It was packed NOBODY WAS COMPLAINING. GREAT JOB LEXY!!!!!!!!

Great place to stop in for lunch. Staff are usually pretty nice but sometimes they take forever to notice you waiting at the door. Seems to be a continuation when I come to this location.

There seemed to be some arguments with staff and management going on, but the beer was cold and service was attentive, so I can't really complain here.

Best Traditional wings all the staff is extremely friendly and their manager Tyler is an amazing !! Highly recommend !!!

It was great! We had a big group and the staff was great! Really stepped up their chicken strip and burger game.

Fast service, hot food. Got the street tacos and boneless wings in honey BBQ. Definitely better than other B-dubs that I have been to before.

The mango habanero traditional wings are great! Service is great! Even for a packed NFL Sunday, they still managed to give quality service!

We had an absolutely amazing experience.
First off, our waitress, Hayley, was phenomenal! Very friendly and fun!
Secondly, when our boneless wings came out as traditional, she very quickly got us a replacement. We got our replacement in 10 minutes and had a genuinely fun experience with it and Hayley who we joked with the whole time.
Will happily come again!

Just wanted to give a big shout out to Caleb! I ordered some food on the website for delivery on Saturday (obviously it goes through door dash for delivery) but!! The food never showed up Saturday so we had to call and place a separate order for pickup. When I got ahold of door dash they told me they would contact bdubs to get a refund for the original order. I checked my account today and saw the refund still didn’t post to my account. So I called in and got to speak with Caleb who looked into the situation and got me all set. I really appreciate his diligence with the whole thing, and his communication skills with it! He took my number and told me he would call me when he got to the bottom of it. Within 5 minutes he was calling me back letting me know he fixed the issue so I really appreciate it! Thanks Caleb!

Food came out fast and fresh.

Our server did an outstanding job, we had a group of ten and she handled very well! Food was great, just a very good visit!

UPDATE: Got our food in 5 minutes today and it was fantastic. Best dry rub wings I've ever had!!! They have definitely turned things around since I was here last.

Food is always good but the service is horrible. It took 45 minutes to get our food...and we were one of 6 tables in the whole restaurant.

Much improved since the last time I was here. Food, drinks and service was excellent. Took a little too long getting the food to the table but that's to be expected hungry people expect food now. They did apologize for it. The food was so good. Thanks for dealing with my rowdy kids and bringing them tablets. I was going to vote 4 stars but you just earned five.

Spacious, very restaurant like feel. I believe there were about 10,398 televisions. The waitress was very quick and responsive. The food was as it should have been - quick and hot. No complaints.

First time I've been here. The place was clean and only maybe 3 other tables of customers and it's supper time (also covid time) Waitress was very friendly and patient. We had 3 generations of us there..even the grandkids! She answered all my questions about menu items.i was impressed and will be back.
