T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

Purchased phones online from T-Mobiles website and they directed us to the third party T-Mobile location on 21st Street in Newark where Matt greeted my wife and I. I didn’t realize that these guys don’t get paid at all to help with the setup of service from an online order but Matt helped us anyway. Got all of our stuff in order while we ran other errands and had it all ready for us by the time we got back. He also introduced us to the 5g gateway internet that we’ve been using for the past couple days and the difference between it and spectrum is great. We’re able to use our phones, plus three tablets and two smart tvs all at the same time without lagging out now. If you’re looking for a new carrier or someone down to earth to help with your T-Mobile service, go see this guy. Thanks a lot Matt!

Bobbie was definitely a 10/10 I would recommend her to anyone, she helped me find the best deals on a phone and on a phone plan, I’m currently pregnant and she even offered me a seat so I could be a little more comfortable

Me & my sister went into here wanting a new phone Bobbie greeted us & got us just that the new iPhone 15 at that I also had to get my car looked at by 5pm the day we came we left came back & Bobbie was done with both phones for us so if your looking to start a new plan please go out & see them all the employees are wonderful people & very very helper even if it’s not they customer they go above & beyond & help everyone out in a timely manner

I broke my iPhone the other day & I’ve never set up my own phone plan and all that other fun stuff, already knowing which phone I wanted; Bobbi made it super easy and was super helpful in helping me decide which plan was right for me. She’s also super honest and has an amazing social aura. She was very sociable and made me feel welcomed into the store. Definitely gonna be my must have sales person every time I go.

I had my daughter's phone replaced because overheating damage at the charging point. Matt the retail associate manager was very helpful as well as the entire crew. They helped me with the transfer stuff to the new replacement phone while I waited. I will continuously keep going here. Oh the replacement phone only took a day to get in my daughter was very happy too. The Newark Ohio 21st Street location always offers great service.

Upgraded my phone yesterday. Bobbie and Matt at the 21st Street store are awesome. Had a couple of issues but between the both of them, they got things going. Great experience and couldn't ask for better people. Love those two!!

Matt set me up with T-Mobile home internet this afternoon. He was very helpful, answered all my questions, and got me taken care of super quickly. Overall a great experience and the internet is working great too!

Went in for an upgrade and the systems were giving them trouble.Even though it took a couple of hours, Bobbie and Matt were amazing and kept the mood up and kept us laughing. The staff on 21st are awesome

My family and I were in today to migrate from Sprint to T-mobile. The two guys (Ryan and Matt) were awesome to work with. Very informative and helpful getting up migrated and upgraded to new phones!
