These guys are awesome. I'm in Bikers Against Child Abuse, and my Harley got a flat a week before I we did a ride that a specific kid told me she wanted to be on my bike for - I panicked for a moment because it's spring and I knew it's the busy season for the shops, and I really didn't want to let this kid down - but the Chapel was able to get me fixed up in just a few days after I told them what was going on. I'll definitely be going back to them for any work moving forward, they really take care of people here.

Got the Dyno Tune on my 2009 1700A Kawa Voyager and WOW! Bike runs cooler, with a lot more horse power. This is by far the best MC Shop in Utah! Thanks guys ( and gals ) y'all ROCK!

This place is amazing! The staff is super friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to help you out. I have had great experience with everyone there. I recommend this shop to everyone and anyone with a motorcycle or without. They have an awesome motorcycle shop. They can create any patch or logo you want. They embroider, sew on patches, engraving, custom hats, heck even make banners! One stop shop! 10 out of 10!!

These guys are the real deal! Took my 09’ Electra Glide in for a ticking noise and a few other concerns. Ended up putting some serious upgrades into the motor. Communication throughout the project was great. They truly listen and take care of your needs. And they dyno tune!

I had The Chapel install a 124 big bore kit on my 2018 FXBB they also did the cam, clutch plate, compensator and Dyno tune, basically a whole build.
They did the work back in November and I finally got a couple of decent days to ride it and Holy S@#t I could not be happier not only does the bike exceed my expectations by leaps and bounds, there team and customer service is unmatched!
From start to finish I was thoroughly impressed Carl is a great dude and always took the time to explain to me what they were doing and why, and Prentiss (I hope I spelt that somewhat close) kept me up to date every step of the way. In a world where customer service is pretty much dead The Chapel is a beacon of hope. After dealing with The Chapel I will never waste my time or money in Harley dealership ever again.
They definitely earned a customer for life!

Best Motorcycle Mechanics in Utah. I have been on a bike for over 20 years and have extremely mixed results with mechanics. I 100% will always take my motorcycle to Chapel from now on. Top notch professional shop. I live about an hour away and it is completely worth it.

Hands down one of the Best Shops in Utah. They take great pride in their work and it shows. From your first visit you feel welcomed. Entire staff is Friendly and Knowledgeable. Had some New Apes installed, Karl killed it. Position is perfect. Went above and beyond. Reminded me to come back if i need any adjustments at all. Only Crew around i trust leaving my bike with. Whole staff is amazing. Dont take my word for it, go down and meet them for yourself. You wont be disappointed.

These guys are phenomenal! You just don't see customer service like this anymore. I had an off the wall request, some very odd parts from S&S, and they really took care of me.

These guys are the best! The did repairs on my Fatboy after a fender bender. They worked great with my insurance. Kept me in the loop every step of the way. Quality of work is top notch. Thing rides like it's brand new! I will be going back for all my motorcycle needs. Had them do some custom seat work while it was in the shop and couldn't be happier with how it turned out. A++++++++. I would recommend them to anybody.

Bought an aftermarket spoke for my hd and took it in to have the tire swapped. The wheel was sent with the wrong bearing which I didn't catch until at home trying to install. Chapel had me run it down as they were closing and got it finished the following day(saturday). I feel they went out of their way to fit me in and I feel the quality/knowledge they have is superb.

First customer to ever walk through the front door and I have spent endless amounts of time in this shop the owners are hands on thorough and fun to be around if your looking for an amazing motorcycle experience from custom changes to normal 5ks they've got you covered they also have a custom embroidery shop and will help walk you through any project you have two thumbs way up. First time using the services of The Chapel Motorcycle shop. I must say this buisness should be what all others strive for! Couldn't be happier with the pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. I had my front and rear tires replaced, full oil service on my 2013 Electra Glide Limited with short notice to The Chapel the did what they promised and for a very fair price. I will be using The Chapel for now on, if nothing else because of their customer service and knowledgeable staff! Thank you all for such an amazing experience!

Just brought my bike home last night and she runs Great! They did some Major engine work and Full complete service. These people take Pride in their work. They took good care of my bike and it Wasn't sticker shock when I received the bill. I'll be telling my friends. Took the bike back for other work. Really took great care in finding and repairing the issue. And once again, the bill was on the Lower side of what I expected! These people Know what they are doing, and how to treat their customers! So Very glad my son in law introduced me to them!

The Chapel Motorcycle Shop is the only place I'll take my Harley from now on!! I started out my riding experience a bit rough with a wreck. Despite not knowing if my insurance company would authorize repairs, Robin went above and beyond at offering me customer service and worked with my insurance as best she could. In the end of that fiasco, my bike was totaled and sent to auction. Robin and Karl put forth an amount of effort to help me, of which I would never expect a dealership or auto mechanic to do knowing they had to deal with insurance. Because of this outstanding effort at customer service, all the while not making me feel like a newbie (which I was...and crashed my new bike), I brought my next bike to The Chapel for customization and upgrades. I can not express how much The Chapel is the definition of customer service, professionalism, and outright friendliness. I will not go anywhere else for anything motorcycle!!
