My Bronco just wouldn't start all of a sudden, after hours. Joe at Bob's was extremely kind, professional, helpful and helpful. He came quickly and was helpful in getting me to the dealer all the way to making sure I knew how to get my key in the after hour slot.
I highly recommend them for your towing needs. I know they do more then towing, but this was the only service I desperately needed today. They were great and a special shout outto Joe!

Wow! Matt was my flatbed tow truck driver, and he handled my baby with the care and tenderness that made me feel like he was treating my vehicle as his own. What a bang up job, and a nice guy to boot. Also, amazing prices. Highly recommend!

My car broke down on me today. Let me just say they were very quick getting to me as I was in a panic! The driver who came to my rescue, Joe was not only respectful, helpful, he also cared! I can not say enough about my experience with this tow service and with the driver. They didn't jack up the price of a tow, it was actually more than fair and I really appreciated that. Just wanted to leave a quick review for this company. Tonight I called and arranged a tow. I was told it would be 45 minutes or so, and left the keys for the driver. When the driver arrived, he had to jack my car up, use a skate. It was a tricky tow, and even with the extra work, Joe was timely, professional and quick. The price even with the extra work required was cheaper in cost than competitors. I won't call anyone else in lake county. Thanks so much!

Excellent people and Quick, Honest service. I've called 4 times 3 times to setup an appointment and 1 at 2am on a Monday morning stranded because AAA wanted me to wait 6.5 hours for a 15 minute ride home? Good prices i highly recommend Bob's Towing!

Great bunch of people. I was out of town and needed service on my car, they squeezed me in their already busy schedule and helped me get back on the road. The shop was pretty clean and everyone was pleasant to deal with.

This is the only place I have ever allowed to change the oil in my 2019 Ram 1500. I have brought all my cars here for years and will continue to do so. The mechanics here are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing.

Had an estimate from another shop that said I needed a catalytic converter. $1200. Bobs put the car on the lift showed me I did not need that catalytic converter, but a different one further back where a pipe had split. Had it done in around 4 hours and less than half the cost. First time customer and will definitely be going back.

Bob’s garage has helped me get a vehicle out of the mud in the middle of a snow storm, fixed a broken u joint before a family vacation and done my oil changes and tire balancing. There is nothing they can’t do . It’s hard to find a family owned and operated buisness that cares like they do. Please give them a chance to earn your buisness.
