This review is long overdue. Vadim has been helping me with my G300TD for quite sometime now. He is thoroughly knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He ensures to go out of his way to ensure that the work done properly, to factory quality and cognizant of intended use. I use my truck as a balanced daily driver and offroad travel rig. He understands the balance very well and my rig is setup and serviced beautifully.

Furthermore, he is also transparent about stuff that he can and should do vs. things I can do myself, so that I can learn and save some cash.

All in all an A+ garage.

Amazing service! Vadim is super knowledgeable and friendly. Very well versed in off-road vehicles. Upgraded the whole suspension on my 4Runner. Also gave me great suggestions on how the vehicle will behave under different conditions. Will return for any other mods or service.

Called Vadim on a "E" service on my 2007 CLS63 and i was in shock! Dealership quoted me $2,700.00 and Vadims quote was only $1,800.00... He found a few other issues with the car, called for my approval and had the car completed before the end of the day! I along with my wife and mother in law, will be taking out european cars there from here on it! Super impressed with the customer service and the clear communication! I was extremely satisfied with how they treated my 4 weels pet (Audi A5 coupe, 2013).
They found a couple of major issues with steering; axles; control arms, I heard the noise, but the reality was even worse (steering stirring mounts were completely broken).
And additional thank you for the oil change, I have no idea what they did (maybe they used magic expensive oil or they wash up the engine totally from old oil), but even after 2.5k miles, the engine works very nicely, as oil changed 5 minutes ago. I feel improvements in engine compression and his work.

Vadim has been taking great care of my primary car. He is keeping it in a top shape. I trust him and recently took my non-Mercedes car to his shop, since I suspected there was a problem and the dealer service could not identify the issue. Vadim did a very thorough inspection and then did research on the car brand and particular model and year and pointed out multiple issues owners had with the engine during that year. His recommendation was that the lifetime of the car was limited and while he could repair it, I would be better off getting another car, considering costs of upcoming repairs vs the cost of getting another car. I followed his recommendation and if anyone has car issues that require a top expert, especially on European brands, I always recommend Vadim.

Vadium super knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to do some custom fabrication and wiring for me on the G wagon. Installed a new front bumper, modified it so that all my factory sensors worked and wired up and installed a Warn 12k winch.

They also completed all the major maintenance for 100k miles.

I brought in a car with a/c issues, Vadim took amazing care of the car and worked efficiently to get it back to me soon. He also let me know that I had been previously scammed out of an oil change and went ahead and changed it for me even though it was not part of the issue I told him about. Amazing business would definitely recommend!

You experience depends on your expectations. Klaus is a old-school expert on Mercedes. I have a 60's Mercedes that other repair shops could not get running smoothly. He diagnosed this as ignition problems and was able to get it to run like never before. He is the go-to for other repair places when they are at their wits end.
Having said that, assume it will take time to get your repair done. He works on his own. I keep coming back, since I know that everything is done properly - in time.

I had a problem with my muffler hanging off my car (a BMW) because of a fallen hanger and I passed by his shop this morning and just got the impression that they knew their cars (and all German cars). Went in and even though he initially joked that he doesn't touch BMWs, he took time out to look at the issue and rig me up a temporary fix so that I can drive around without worrying until I got time to take it to a muffler shop.

If I had a Mercedes, I'd surely be taking my car to Vadim for any sort of service or opinion. I highly recommend his shop to anyone with a Mercedes.

Klaus was educated in Germany, and is a top notch Mercedes-Benz mechanic. He is back to being the most dynamic worker in the industry. He starts every day with prayer.

Back in June of 2020 we brought in a 2006 SL 550 Roadster for a major service. Klaus basically rebuilt the front end of the car and fixed a number of other neglect related issues. It’s a pleasure to be able to do business with Klaus because he’s a highly skilled professional and honest. I’ll be buying more used Mercedes-Benz in the future knowing Klaus is around to work on them.

Friendly service, all my questions and concerns were explained and overall vadim is very reasonable. Don’t understand some of the one star reviews.
