Twin Oaks Cleaners

Very friendly, very convenient, very good prices. The owner is nice and friendly and so is the whole staff. They are conveniently located in San Marcos near the college and directly in between a big Ralph's grocery store and Cuppa Juice Cold Pressed Juicery. They're my go to cleaners in the area!

Their quality is probably the best in town and I've checked the prices in nearby areas, but these guys are the only ones who have good quality and decent prices compared to the other cleaners. Theyre always friendly and easy to talk to too

Finally got around to taking in my dry cleaning. Everything came out perfect.

Do NOT bring your stuff here! I just got home from bringing a pair of pants back in to have it re-hemmed, and they wouldn't fix it. I told them I washed them twice and that the second time they came out of the dryer with the hem ripped out. Basically shoddy work, and the owner pretty much told me I ripped it out, and that they are only responsible for one month after they do it. URGH!!!!! Made me crazy. Then he asked me if I wanted to leave it with them,so they could take another $12 to do it poorly again!!!!!!!! Oh my GOD! I laughed and walked out.

Brought in two dresses to get fixed. One taken in and one the zipper to be fixed. The zipper was never touched on dress no one... called the owner , he first lied and said he checked it . I had to argue and he actually told me there was another hole.. (there was NOT) Clearly he didn't check because the same hole was there. Then told me to bring back in. Hung up. Ok

Tried on next dress. And they took it in wayyy to small. Called and told them they ruined the dress and I wanted to be refunded. I couldn't even button the dress! (I'm a size 2!) he LAUGHED at me. Said I cleared when they pinned me.. pretty sure I'd notice I couldn't button the dress since it was on me.. The tags were still on the dress when I dropped it off and they took them off too.. BRAND NEW. Refused to pay for the dress and refund me money even though we have spent thousands at this over priced dry cleaners . From now on I'll drive further to get better service. This place should be ashamed of their customer service

One dress completely ruined and another not wearable. Traveling for two events and now have nothing to wear.

Charged 56.00 to ruin a 200.00 dress and do nothing to the other.

This place is such a scam. The price is absolutely insane. I have had to use them a few times in emergencies and can't stand the $20 charge to "press only" a suit. $20 bucks??? You've been warned. You can't beat Diamond dry cleaners down the street.

Where is 0 star, 1 star is too much for them. They are not professionals. If you like your clothes, never go there. Must check out your clothes while picking up.
