Breanna was great and very helpful. My iPhone screen had technical issues so I went in to upgrade my phone. Breanna was very professional and helpful the whole time. She answered all my questions and provided great service.

It's hard to properly articulate how much I hate upgrading my phone and walking into a phone store. My wife and I had been to Verizon, looked at two other trendy solutions and then finally walked back into AT&T who we weren't loving, just to see what they had to offer.

And then we met Breanna and our feelings on this tedious process changed forever. She listened to what we needed. She heard out our concerns and proposed solutions. She worked really quickly and gave us great recommendations. She held our hand through processes we didn't understand and educated us on how to best use our devices.

We cannot recommend this store and Breanna enough. We drive out from Encinitas on the regular just to visit THIS location.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Breanna. I went in with a cellular data service issue and not only was she able to help me with my issue but was also able to upgrade my iPhone that fit my financial budget. She is the best and took the time to help me!

Graciela was very helpful and patient with me today. She took her time to make sure I was knowledgeable of plans and promotions going on before I made my purchase and that I got the best plan! She added a discount to my account that I wasn’t even aware my job had..she helped me with my phone to phone transfer as well and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Breanna was so wonderful and helpful during our upgrade. We had no idea how much more helpful and human a store visit would be. She made it fun and easy and the store was clean, calm and classic. She even had our six year old watching and dancing to Trolls on the TV! She was da bomb!

Breanna and Graciela were amazing! I have had such a bad experience for the last year with AT&T. But when I walked into this store on Twin Oaks Valley I was pleased with the service and was helped in less than one minute. These girls know what they are doing and I will be sticking with at&t from now on because of these women! Give them raises!

Honestly, David and Sophia were outstanding. My mom and I went in to the store on Las Posas and the worker was rude to us. We then went to this location for two upgrades and ended up leaving with the upgrades, cheaper plans with better options that fit for us, and we SAVED SO MUCH on our upgrades because of these two.
