The Post Sports Bar & Grill - Maplewood

I'm so glad I ended up at this bar, being a solo woman trying to watch a game, I walked in and was greeted so friendly by staff and customers. The Cuban was on special and was fantastic. The bartender Carrie was friendly, attentive and interactive. Anytime I'm in St. Louis, this will be my go to bar!! Highly recommend!

The post is hands down the best wings I’ve had in St. Louis so far. We had them baked with the Carolina Gold sauce. They were hot, juicy and fresh out of the kitchen. Our bartender Paige was great. We were new to the restaurant and she was happy to tell us about the specials for the week, and all about their events for the month. We felt right at home munching on wings and tots while we watched the Battlehawks. We’ll be back for trivia on Wednesdays.

The Post is consistently great- the food, drinks, and atmosphere are always awesome, but the people take it above and beyond. Ingrid and Carrie are a couple of our favorites, but we’ve yet to have an experience with anyone here that doesn’t leave us wondering why we go anywhere else

We had lunch here on 2/11/23. My wife got the beer cheese cheesesteak which she loved. I got the patty melt and it might have been the best one I've ever had. Paige provided impeccable service and should be compensated appropriately. 😉 It was a Saturday and the place wasn't overly busy. Our food arrived promptly. I would recommend giving The Post a try.

Food was amazing, Ingrid our server was awesome and the place was packed on a Saturday with football on every one of the 25 or so TVs. Great atmosphere and great food in a cool part of STL. Highly recommend!

Paige was great!! I don’t know much about beers outside Bud Light but she gave me some great recommendations and I loved them!!

I love this place! Clean, friendly, lots of TVs and amazing service. No matter how busy they are the food is always great quality and flavor. Ashlee was a fantastic waitress and tended to all our needs in a timely fashion. We enjoy coming here.

This was a great bar!! They have great happy hour specials & Specials throughout the whole week, depending on what day you go. The food is really, really good. We got a large pepperoni jalapeño pizza with garlic herbs crust. Then we got a free pitcher because we ordered the pizza and that was the special that day. Everyone there was very nice and welcoming. They have sports playing on all tvs. It's definitely a place to check out!!

Went for a Thursday night football game. Blues were on too. Plenty of TVs and atmosphere was great. Not too crowded which my buddy and I were a big fan of.

A few big groups, a few folks there on their own. Everyone seemed taken care of and comfortable. Might come back for Sunday football and see how it goes. Not sure how they handle all the games at once!

Food was good. We just did apps and beer.

Tasty food! The cheesesteaks are almost as good as those in Philly! The toasted ravioli makes a great starter; if you want a burger, go basic and get it with cheese and pickles. The beef is high quality. Despite the fact that they favor the Mizzou fans...everything was great! Reasonable prices and excellent service. The Post is an excellent place to dine and drink.

Madison was great. Great service. Food was good too. So was the drink. We will be back again.

Bartenders like paige are very friendly and attend to the customers needs with a great smile. Food is very good and a great value. This is the greatest post location and sports atmosphere.

Ashlee was so friendly and patient with our large group for the Purdue game. Speedy service, good beer & good snacks! We will be back - Boiler Up!

Only feedback is we need a Purdue flag hung up to make the relationship real.

Paige was Amazing. She was so nice she knew what she was doing a true pro. She recommended food and told us specials. The food was amazing the atmosphere was fun but relaxing. Had games on all tvs great time. I wish I had The Post closer to home in Illinois. #4361

Nice place located in Maplewood, across from the Schnucks.

Sports bar atmosphere, with decent amount of variety in the menu. Seem to specialize in cheese steaks, with several varieties including a vegetarian option. Good burgers, can have regular or smashed. Also have a bison burger. The pizza isn't bad for a bar and grill type place.

Good selection of appetizers. I like the PostIts. It's basically a pizza crust folded in half, filled with cheese, plus additional toppings if you choose. The serve it with marina, and it's really good.

They have daily specials, happy hour deals, and game day deals.

Nice neighborhood joint to watch a game and grab some grub. Prices are decent, great atmosphere and friendly staff. What else do you need? Highly recommend it for travelers, eat local.

Paige was amazing. We had a toddler with us and Paige made sure to bring out her food first. It’s the little things that matter and Paige was a fantastic server.

They have the sports bar set up down to a science. Audio is put on for the game on the main screen, and solid drink specials during games and throughout the week. One of the only ones doing it right.

My husband and I were in St. Louis from Illinois for an adults weekend to celebrate my 27th birthday. After visiting St. Louis Zoo on Saturday we were exhausted and hungryyy. My husband chose this bar and we had a really great time unwinding, having a meal, and drinking.

The service was really good. Our bartender Was attentive, friendly, and he made me a custom drink which was delicious.

The spinning shot wheel was very fun! My husband guessed it on the correct one once and we got that shot for free.

The food was hot, fresh and delicious. The Buffalo sauce for my wrap and my husbands wings packed so much flavor. And I’m a huge fan of waffle fries. They were nice and crispy.

We liked the environment in general and we had no issues with parking across the street. It wasn’t busy and prices were reasonable.

We would be back if we’re ever in the area again.

I always have a great time when I come here. As many sports as I want and Ashlee was incredible, making sure our large group was taken care of for an entire basketball game!
