Dr Jessica Gurning is the best Physician I have had the pleasure of meeting with. She is knowledgeable, kind and really listens to your needs as a patient. I felt heard and respected throughout my visit and I knew I was safe with her. Dr Gurning is that special kind of Dr the kind who wants to partner with you to help you along your journey. I feel so blessed that she is my Personal Physician at Kaiser! She is an absolute pleasure to be around!

I had an MRI appointment where I experienced severe anxiety from claustrophobia I had an absolute angel of a technician who made me feel so much better and at peace. The whole team was wonderful but especially the technician. They had all apparently been there since 8am and my appointment was 10pm. I can’t tell you how grateful I am for that experience I just wish I had caught her name. If the facility knows who was working September 29th at 10pm pls tell her I appreciate her so much. Truly made my night and the whole MRI possible. Amazing people at this place 💙

Excellent care at Kaiser Aan Marcos from checkin to nurse to doctor. I especially want to give a shout out to the nurse, Josh who checked me in. He has been especially attentive to both my wife and I when we have come to the clinic.

Monday through Friday 7am-9pm, Saturday 7am-5pm, Sunday 7am-5pm if you come after 5 you check in at Urgent Care

I have been going to the San Marcos facility for many years now. I've seen several different doctors along the way, from Head and Neck, to Family Practice, to eye doctor, and more. My experience has consistently been A+. They always treat me and my husband with great respect. I am so grateful to all the doctors and nurses there for their kindness and interest in whatever issue I may have. I always know they are there to help. I will stick with Kaiser Permanente forever.

This Kaiser is a very nice hospital. It was very clean and organized. It was easy to find where I needed to go without asking. I checked in very early and was seen pretty quickly. My doctor was very caring and understanding. Along with the nurse that was helping. I also got blood and lab work done in under ten minutes.

i had an excellent experience here January 26, 2021 when I had minor surgery on my hand. Both the physician and the support staff during surgery were excellent. I felt well cared for and safe at all times. I know this is a challenging time for healthcare workers so I appreciate the extra effort made. Trying to schedule appointments is still very hard but the reception staff and my orthopedic team were excellent The biggest factor is the medical team seem HAPPY to be where they are - that has a huge impart on my experience. The individual responsible for scheduling my surgery - he was great it's just scheduling with Kaiser is a challenge because they will not let me schedule out according to my calendar and when I am available

I went to Urgent Care. There were 16 people in front of me, but it moved quickly.. They checked everyone's blood pressure & asked about their problem. It was efficient & a Dr. saw me, had me take 2 x-rays-, get a shot & ordered prescriptions for me. The pharmacy was busy, but I was seen quickly. I was pleased .

I got my tubal ligation done today and I will be completely honest. I had a very comforting professional experience. I was treated like royalty. The facility was absolutely beautiful and clean. If I had to choose a facility for further treatment I'd be San Marcos. All the staff are as professional, caring just all the way lovely. Thank you kaiser for a great experience.

My sister in law has given birth here twice in the past 3 years and her and my brother and their family have had nothing but great experiences with the staff and facility. The building itself is nice and clean also

I had to make a last minute Saturday appointment and got in quickly. The nurse that checked me in was absolutely amazing, soft spoken, professional, listened to my every word, etc. Dr. Janie Luu (I hope I spelled her name correct. She was very gentle with me, she listened to my concerns and treated me with dignity. Very thankful. I will definitely be returning.

Unfortunately I've had to visit Kaiser multiple times recently but thankfully they have a great system and most providers / staff are awesome. Although my visit to Urgent Care consisted of a VERY long wait and some super rude patients, the doctor I saw was a young ER doctor that the nurses lovingly tagged as Dr. Doogie (Howser). He was awesome. He was able to diagnosis a condition that I have suffered with for 30 years! Having a diagnosis instead of feeling dismissed is so powerful! I've had Kaiser for 33 years and will not willingly go anywhere else.

Have had to use this facility for a couple of years to bring family members for chronic treatment. They are efficient, friendly (except for one intake woman at the urgent care desk on one occasion), and good at their jobs. Highly recommended facility.

Ninety year old Charles was on a mission to get his second booster shot at Kaiser Permanente’s San Marcos campus. The elderly man was unaware that the shots were not offered at the San Marcos Campus. He was traveling with his walker and at each stop he made, he was greeted by respectful caring employees who made and effort to find a way to assist him. Finally they succeeded in finding Nurse Dorothy who took time to provide the vaccine and provide all the additional information necessary to watch for afterwards. He is so thankful that he is a Kaiser Permanent patient!

Clean and professional assistance. I have been coming here for 3 years and I have never had an issue with my medicine, doctors or employees. The facility is well maintained in regards to cleanliness and functionality. I compare this Kaiser to Vista and Escondido and it is my favorite due to its well organization and great staff.

Excellent care...had a bad infection on a Saturday. Got an appointment fast, no waiting; staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Dr. Nguyen was extremely professional and kind, and diagnosed problem right away. Received instructions and a prescription. Excellent service. And folks....I had unexpected Brain Surgery(!) in early December from Kaiser Medical Center at Zion-- and the staff and the care would rate 100%!

Here’s a pro tip. Pick up your drugs on Sunday before church is out, no one’s in the pharmacy and it’s instant service.

I also enjoy that we can do labs, x-rays,most specialist and my general practitioner on the same building makes it very convenient to take care of everything all at one stop.

They are an HMO so they are great at Health Maintenance... if they can test for a diagnosis, you will fine.

I have been to the Urgent care a bunch of times never by choice.

they are amazing in every way and every doctor specially Dr. Ann Hagerty she has always gone the extra 10 miles I wish she was my regular doctor. they care and they take care of my problems every single time...
