Kaiser San Marcos Pharmacy

Never have waited more than 10 min when dropping off. Picking up is usually less than 2 min. Very organized and focus on getting customers through as fast as possible while still providing assistance with any questions. Has the best hours out of any of the Kaiser pharmacies in the area with the exception of the San Diego location which is 24/7.

The wait time is usually 25 minutes, wish it was faster. Most of the personnel are friendly, but not all.

I have been with Kaiser for 50 years plus all my children born in geyser I’ve had operations it is the best but they do get the job done just have to stick with it. Quite sure there’s better but for the price what can you say there are right it’s gotta go keep on fighting with them better and then call an insurance company job getting OK it’s got its good points and bad points. I think it’s got good points.

I have several doctors I have to see at this Kaiser and this is one of the best customer service pharmacies I’ve been to. I’ve been when it’s busy and when nobody is there, it doesn’t matter what time you go these pharmacy technicians are there to get you in & out fast and are very helpful with any questions you have regarding your medications. Yes, it’s a busy pharmacy but most helpful.

The pharmacy works as a pharmacy should. I order my prescriptions through the app, they fill them and let me know when they are ready. Efficient and easy, Kaiser staff is always polite and professional.

It is broken up into four different sections, and it is connected
to a maim lobby. If you enter through the main entrance, you can get anywhere you need to go. It is very clean and organized there the staff is very helpful and they are very efficient.

Good service and they always help me figure stuff out If I need help. I'm grateful for this place
