Great atmosphere and even better coffee. I enjoyed getting work done while sipping on a perfectly made latte. Finished with a gelato that reminded me of being back in Italy. So good!

Perfect place for start your day. I went with my other 8 friends there every Wednesday. We drunk coffee every Wednesday. We enjoyed and talked a lot there. There is no time limit to sit inside or outside. Beautiful and calm area. Even, the staff are so good, very calmly listen your order and perfectly made your drink same and quickly. I like the place a lot. Lots of options for drinking and eating. Very good menu.

In my opinion, the best latté in south Reno, and their gelato is pretty darn good as well. It would be nice if they put a little effort into creating a nicer coffee house decor.

We had a great experience; the coffee was delicious and the lady who took our order was very helpful and was super nice. She described all the specialty drinks we asked about and didn't seem bothered in the slightest. We then sat and enjoyed our coffee in a nice relaxing setting, with reclining chairs! That was a nice surprise.

I don’t live around the area, but we happen to visit Reno and my friend took us here. Cute little coffee shop in the beautiful shopping center! I ordered the “devil net”? And it’s amazing😍 I wish they have a store in Sac because I will visit every day!

Great place to get coffee. Taylor is a fantastic barista and always makes me coffee the way I like it. She’s the best.

Best hot chocolate in Reno!! Too bad they don't have wifi...

They are always so nice and the coffee is very good. I get their devil net which is a cold brew with whole milk and vanilla flavoring. Its extremely good. I highly recommend getting you coffee here.

Best coffee in Reno!

I love this coffee shop. It is unique, friendly and has good coffee. The environment is comfortable. As my work, Five Hearts Preschool, is located just down the street, I go to Bibo to unwind or rewind after a busy preschool morning.

What can I say? I love Bibo. They roast their own beans. Hands down the best cappuccino in town. If you are going for gelato I highly recommend bourbon cherry. They are very generous with their servings as well. They don't have wifi though, so be ready for that.

Nice cozy coffee and tea shop. Table and chairs or comfy sofa and overstuffed chairs to relax in and enjoy your coffee or tea. Friendly, knowledgeable staff happy to assist you in your selections. Drinks made to perfection. Fresh snacks are available.

Bibo makes the best café mochas in Truckee Meadows by skilled and friendly baristi.

UPDATE 2022May29: Indoor and outdoor seating, and gelato has been back in-store for a few months. Still no food or snacks, locally-sourced or otherwise.

[2022Mar06 no indoor seating ATM: and it's a comfortable place to hang out]. They have a constantly changing selection of house-made gelato, [UPDATE - not at this time: as well as locally sourced food and snacks like quiche and coffee cake,] all of which I have thoroughly enjoyed.

I love popping in here for an iced latte or a devil's net with chai sugar. I love the cold brew on tap! The white chocolate raspberry scone is my go to, and if I have extra time I get a toasted bagel. There is not usually a long line and I can be in and out in 5-10 minutes and on my way to work. The homemade gelatos are rotating and so tasty.

Delicious hot white mocha. Friendly service. Masks still required (5/19/2021). No gelato at this location. Nice outdoor seating available.

First time here and happy to say I will be coming back. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, plus the gentleman who took my order helped me find something new since I was over my normal vanilla chai. Thank you Bibo Coffee Company looking forward to my new visit.

Best coffee in town. I am at the south Reno location every single morning - espresso that makes you feel energized not jittery and I love the staff.

Got a breve latte and a chai latte. The other reviews aren't wrong: the chai is otherworldly. It's like drinking a chai-spiced cloud. I also got that as a breve because I'm indulgent; 6/5 would recommend. The regular latte was also delicious but a bit strong/a tad bitter for my taste. The manfriend loved the latte though and he prefers dark roasts so it's probably just me.

The cafe looks different, but the staff and the drinks they make are just as great as the downtown locations. Buy your coffee (or Vanilla Chai Latte) here and you won't be disappointed !
