Raley's

I shopped at the North Valley Raley's today and had some difficulty getting my Something Extra reward price. The problem was the lack of the Raley's app on my phone. A part-time employee named Kendra assisted me. She was courteous, knowledgeable, and skilled. She made me feel that I was the most important Raley's customer. She made sure the app was installed properly and I was able to complete my transaction. THANK YOU

Prices are high here, but there's a great selection and real quality to the produce and everything else. I come here when I can't find it anywhere else. I've been coming back here a lot because of the quality of the food.

We usually stop by to pick up cakes or eclairs after eating out. Their baked goods are better than the other supermarkets in town.

I like to be checked out not like Walmart hate self check out

Excellent layout. And they take California WIC, which is the only grocery store in reno, Nevada to take California WIC.
Prices vary, but if you follow the ads you can get some excellent deals.
Produce is always fresh, never moldy or limp.

I've always liked Raley's. It's a clean store. Their products are always fresh, plus they have a wide variety of things. This store is in a small shopping center that also has a Dottie's. It's easy and convenient to get to and they have plenty of parking.
They are a little more expensive than your average grocery store but you get what you pay for, I believe. Oh, and the employees are always courteous, helpful, and polite, which, in today's time, is saying a lot.

Found everything I needed. Was checked out by a lovely cashier. She was very polite. Store was nice and clean. No complaints on my end.

This store is always great. It's really quiet most of time, very clean, and the stock is fantastic. Had a very positive experience with Gabriella at the butcher counter, who was very happy to help us and interrupted her closing process to grab us a few items that she had just put away for us.

I went to Raleys looking for the exclusive Game of Thrones Oreos. They were not on the shelf so I asked Beth (the gal at the register) and she directed me to an endcap where I could find them. I couldn't find them so I asked her again and she went into the back and snagged me two packages. Beth showed AMAZING customer service and I appreciate her and Raleys so much!

2021 I would have no problem doing my shopping at 1 am to avoid Corona virus if Raleys would stay open late until we have a vaccine.
2023 I have to date my reviews because Google only lets you leave 1 review. It’s been 2 years since my last review. In the last month I’ve bought and brought home 2 extremely expired items from the shelves. The manager needs to start pulling the expired stuff off the shelf.

Love this location, always clean and only busy in the afternoons and early evenings.

Always clean, bright, and well-stocked. The staff are always very friendly and helpful, and the checkout lines are always short and accommodating! Deli food quality has been top notch, bakery items have as well. Produce is ripe and beautiful, and there are baskets of free fresh fruit for children to take from so they can enjoy fresh fruit while you shop. Well-done, Raley's!

I love this grocery store. They have very reasonable prices, and very high-quality goods. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I know this is a chain, but it has a small-town mom-and-pop feel. Store is well-kept, and always well-stocked.

This Raley's is best to visit early morning. They can tend to get pretty busy and when they are it takes forever to check out. Everyone that works there is always really friendly. And raley's had THE BEST BAKERY everything from their bakery department is amazing!!

The store is always nicely cleaned and organized, but my review is for the Chinese food area that they have by the bakery. Got a 2 entree meal with chow me in for 8.50. The food isn't fabulous but for the price it's pretty good.

We love this Raley’s. All of the employees are so nice and helpful. The store is clean and well organized and stocked with my favorite stuff that I can’t get anywhere else. It is a little more pricey but I’d rather pay extra for friendly employees and a clean, well stocked store.
