Except for rude customers, it is always a great experience and very convenient to get what You need. Very courteous and cheerful cashiers. Well stocked and presentable shelf's. A lot of pride shown in care and cleanliness of store

Love this place. The food always last long for me and the deals are good. The cashiers are usually almost always nice.

I had a great conversation with a cashier/checker/associate named Jazmin. They are a great part of your team, they took time to carry a great conversation with me. Really, they should get a raise and/or a promotion. The difference in human interaction is huge, as I am new to Nevada and work remotely. Having great (even small or minor) human connections makes the difference of where I grocery shop.

Jazmin, you will make a phenomenal veterinarian. You are personable and warm, and make great human connections. I can tell you genuinely care for animals as well.

Please volunteer at a shelter if you can like we discussed, they would benefit greatly from you! Best of luck in school.

P.S. Oregon has the best Veterinary schools, I could be mistaken though.

Very easy to deliver here as a truck driver. You do need to assist here. There is a couple of fast food stores in front parking lot area.

Regular customer. Some good produce and pretty good deals throughout.

I do love food giant but there seems to be a decline in something I just can't figure it out

Smith's is a great place to shop. They always have everything I need, pretty much. The workers are very helpful and nice. The store is always clean. They can be a little expensive at times but no more expensive than other grocery stores. Usually though, they're a lot cheaper. It's my favorite place to shop for groceries.

Have great sales, and self check-out is easy!

I liked the cleanness of this store and the size. I found what I wanted very easily and enjoyed my visit to this store. The check out was fast and easy. The person was friendly and good. I like that you hire handy cap people. He was good and friendly and did a very good job. He also helped us load the groceries into the trunk and he was good at that too.

Chris was the one to check us out and oh my goodness. When I say fast I mean it. 5 min to scan and bag us out our over $300 grocery cart. And held a conversation Awesome service

Well stocked and clean and neat. Employees are really friendly and if one sees me walking around looking for something they always ask if they can help me find something. I do have a favorite, Adam. I can't say enough about him except that if I had my own company l steal him away from Smith's. Not only does he know what he's doing, but he always has a great attitude and a smile on his face. Overall, a great place to shop.

Absolutely Amazing Store and Service! My family and I have been shopping at this store for years. It’s always clean and the staff is top notch. This store has everything that you need. I’m surprised they just don’t sell everything besides food because they are the best at what they do! Other retailers could take a page out of their customer service book- “CLASS A SERVICE “. Keep up the excellent work SMITHS STAFF and thank you for all that you do for others.

I always get great service anytime I go! The workers are always attentive and enjoy their jobs. There are times I have to remind them that the job can be awarding, but the times are far and few. As for cleanliness and neatness they are exceptionally better than Walmart. Yet everyone has their own opinions on which grocery store they prefer.

Moved to Nevada a few years back. Smith's to me is old school and all employees are friendly. No gripes with Smith's. It's nice getting to know the employees like Darrell (sorry if I misspelled) and other employees. Always clean and employees quite clearly want you to have a good experience.

Very nice place to do your grocery shopping. Clean store and clean bathrooms. Staff are knowable about the items and where they are located. Fresh produce, awesome meat counter. The sushi is very fresh and tastes good. Pricing is appropriate for the area and the items. They make me feel welcome and not like I am an inconvenience.

Staff are wonderful. When my dad was in a wheelchair they would be there to help him. He loved it here. We still shop here. They beat walmart hands down. They have excellent customer service, product knowledge, and more then one lane open..

Other than the parking lot always being busy and annoying, I love this store. I get great deals, the food is fresh, and there's a great selection of different brands. The Kroger brand items are almost always less expensive than other brands, and I haven't been disappointed. The fresh sushi is a big plus as well. If shop here more often if it wasn't always so busy.

I had an incident at the store, one which was not the stores problem but more of a weather related issue. The manager, Ed, was very helpful in resolving it and went above and beyond what i was expecting. Great store, great people. Feels like a small town grocery store but with huge selection of organic items and all groceries. Always a pleasure to come to Smiths, thanks!

Excellent customer service. Pharmacy has been accurate and consistent for the 10 years I've been going there. The produce manager is always knowledgeable when this chef has questions. I love the new cheese selections. The meat counter is just ok.
