Exceptionally clean for a business with 4 years of constant wear & tear. Robert, the Manager, was great to work with during the on-boarding process.
My only issue is the "C" elevator is a little too quick to forget your credentials if you have more than 1 cart to load on the elevator.

Very helpful showing us each unit, the size differences. Felt safe and the building, units were clean. Reasonable rates, and liked that rates can be monthly.

The lady whose name was Michelle went above and beyond to take care of all of my needs. She went above and beyond and explained the lease, and policies to me. I really appreciated her tremendously. I’d hire her immediately if I needed a receptionist. She’s a very good employee. Your blessed to have her.

Friendly service, great price, very accessible hours, great start up deal and awesome that they prorate extra days needed for move out. The facility is always staffed. Robert is very friendly and informative. One of the best storage units I’ve ever rented from. Their security camera are abundant and property checks are frequent.

A big THANK YOU to Robert for making the calls to all of the customers whose units were potentially affected by the recent flooding. Also, for encouraging us to come by to check for damage and checking the units for those unable to make it. When I went to check my unit, his demeanor was calm, comforting and caring.

This was another example of why I'm truly happy I made the decision to store my belongings with them.

Excellent storage facility! We had belongings in this facility for a few months and have no complaints. The facility and unit was sparkling clean and well maintained. Covid precautions were taken seriously as well. The hallways were clean and well lit and cameras throughout the facility helped me feel safe and secure at all times. Communication with the staff was always helpful and pleasant as well. The price on our unit was lower than a much lower quality facility close by making it a great value. I highly recommend Kent Supreme Storage for any of your storage needs!

This place is awesome! The staff is extremely courteous, professional, friendly, and patient with your ridiculous questions. (er at least with mine). The building is immaculately clean. If you are familiar with this area of town, then you definitely know how important it is to have your things be in a secure place, and this place is a fortress. There is gated parking, and flatbed carts for you to use to move your things around. There are cameras everywhere adding to the feeling of security for you while you are visiting and for the safety of your items. The staff does a great job of making sure their customers understand the rules and the importance of being respectful of other customers while you are there. Even though the office closes around 5ish if I remember correctly, you still have access to your unit until 10pm which is awesome. I have a 5x5 unit, only my second time using a storage place, so I was shocked when they opened my door and my 5x5 was 5x5x10’ ! I think it’s gotta be about ten feet tall. So if you are good at organizing and stacking, and/or you have some shelving, you can fit a ton of stuff neatly in your unit. The pricing is comparable to the other places around, and at least for me, my unit was way cheaper because I snagged a discount deal, which you can too if you bookmark their webpage and check it on the daily. So, if you are trying to figure out a decent spot, this has got to be high up on your list, it will alleviate all the other stresses of life that may have lead you here, and if not, you have a chill spot to sit for five minutes and collect your thoughts.

Great location. Secure facility. The Representative I worked with was very compassionate and friendly as well. The process was quick and easy. Their rates for storage units are bad either. The unit I purchased was small but still bug enough for what I needed and they have very high ceilings which was a plus as well.

If you're looking for a clean, professionally managed, well-lit storage facility - look no further! We have rented 3 units from this location for quite some time and have made the commute several times a week from West Seattle at different hours of the day, and this place has always been well maintained and managed. The commute is fairly easy (right off I-5) and the access hours are great. When we needed our 3rd unit at the last minute, we were able to call KJ that same day and within 20 minutes, he had everything set up for us and ready to go. I'm sure any small business can understand the importance of this level of service as you're trying to scale. Both KJ and Robert have been very responsive via phone and e-mail as well. Please don't hesitate to rent from here. You'll have a much more personal experience and you will not regret it.

Excellent. As far as customer experience it was great. The facility was nice and clean. I feel comfortable leaving my stuff locked up there. The security and the whole environment is a much needed step up from the other facility that I used to have my stuff at. I lost my stuff twice at the other place and never again will I go to that chain. Thank you for having reasonable prices and excellent services and facilities.

Way better than public storage and very cheap. The associate was very friendly and very prompt and answered our questions. The place is very clean and very well maintained than any other storage that we've rented I would really recommend this place very awesome.

Robert, Property Manager, took care of us when the person who originally signed us up did not follow through with what was promised. Within an hour Robert took our call, updated our information, credited our account and set things straight with a confirmation email. Well done!

This was the first time I've ever had the experience of renting a storage locker. I did it online and it was very easy and straightforward. The location is convenient, as it's right down the street from my home and the property is secure, so I have no worries about my belongings being stored there. I would definitely recommend!
