If Jesse is in, then you can expect the best customer service experience you can possibly have. That man is on a mission to make sure you have what you need and nothing you don't. I actually have run into him at a different location and his service was impeccable both times. He deserves a raise! He works hard to achieve customer satisfaction.

My family and I just switched to t-mobile. The team at this location worked hard on getting us the best deals on our new plan new 15s and we had trade ins so needless to say a complicated order thank you guys!!

I came to ask some questions to this store about switching from Att and they attended me really efficiently and quickly. The representative Alishan super cordial, knew the plans and how to explain them as well as all the benefits that they came with. So far I haven't had any trouble, they definitely care about their customers and they are really professional. Definitely would recommend if you have or need to do any business with T-Mobile.

I try to avoid coming into store due to past bad experiences, but Esthefania made my visit really fast and easy! I usually get anxiety at places like this but she made me feel really welcomed! Such a friendly and knowledgable person she was able to answer all my questions! :)

I forgot the managers name but she was a latina girl and she was amazing! She was very informative and helpful, she really knew her stuff. She helped me activate my sons sync up watch and told me all the ins and outs of the product. She knew about all the current promotions going on and i feel like she helped me make a better choice cuz i was just going to get the sync tracker but im much happier with the watch. She also helped me with adding a authorized user and helped me get other account info and gave me detailed instructions and wrote things down for me.

They were busy but handled it well, they knew their stuff and I had my problem solved in minutes. Much better than my experience at the Federal Way T-Mobile location.

The customer team here is always on point. Every time I visit they're always super friendly. Always willing to answer any questions that I have. Even when the store is super busy and they are smiling and welcoming. You can tell from the looks on people's faces that they are pleased with their experience. Usually go here because it's the closest one but wouldn't mind driving here even if it was far away because the service is so good.

They helped me get my phone working

This is the best t-mobile location I've been to. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Ramon is exceptionally helpful. He stayed after the store closed to help my husband and I get new phones and change our plans. We were never rushed and all our questions were answered honestly. He was also generous for replacing my broken charger cord. T-Mobile is known for their excellent customer service and this location exemplifies that!

I came here to transfer my service. I was greeted immediately upon entering by an associate who was with a customer already. Another employee came out from the back to assist me within a few minutes. I knew what I wanted in regards to a plan so getting everything setup was quick and simple. Everyone working was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. If you need something from T-Mobile in person, I highly recommend this location.
