Total Wine & More

Probably the most helpful and friendly experience I’ve ever had at a total wine and more. Everyone there was helpful and friendly, and the cashier was polite and knew how to use the system and look up accounts. That had been a problem at other locations.

They didn’t have everything I like, but they had enough and I left happy. Awesome service, good selection, and always great prices.

This location is definitely a district whose streets are the wine alleys with great leaders.
Ashley and Mike as the entire personnel are fantastic. They work hard for the customers, never stop.

I had a really great shopping experience here. Clean, well-organized, fantastic selection. It's a shame it's going to be torn down in Ted Leonsis' "future development zone" after he builds the new Caps/Wizards arena.

Didn’t know they offered wine tasting classes but for $20 I think they’re absolutely worth it an would (and already have!) recommend to friends. The class was about two hours with 8 samplings (about two total glasses) and the one I did was all sparking wines. LOVE! Plus snacks included!

Chris gave the most phenomenal customer service! Went above and beyond to help me find the perfect gift! Will definitely revisit this location!

Parking lot was jammed full on Christmas Eve, but I was waited on right away. In and out in five minutes. Just the right level of service. Thank you Total Wine.

Went there on opening day and this place fantastic. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I asked if someone could point me to a Hungarian wine and this associate was able to immediately pick one out in their huge inventory. So glad I live right next door :)

I love shopping for wine in this location. The store is very clean and organized and the staff is always friendly and helpful. On my last trip to the store, I was searching for a bottle of Rose (Summer in a Bottle), that apparently is very popular. I asked for help from Steven, and he went above and beyond to help me find the bottle which was boxed up in a location away from the Rose section. He was supposed to be off, but spent the extra time to find that bottle for me. That kind of customer service is very rare and hard to find and very much appreciated. This is a top notch location!

The staff, the selections and the atmosphere is all together pleasant. Came in for my favorite and found it was discontinued 😒. I may have found a new favorite!

The biggest, and the best place to buy wines, beers and any type of drinks you are looking for.

For Virginia, they had what we wanted. Only place to get Dark Hollow for us. Love the beer but can't get in Wisconsin.

The staff here was very helpful. Someone even asked if I wanted a basket and then proceeded to go and get me one. They helped answer questions about a variety of wines and also happily educated me on different details of those wines.
I'll definitely be coming back to this store.
Also, they allow returns if you don't like a wine.
One last thing is they do $20 wine tasting and pairing classes every few weeks. I'm interested in doing one and if you're wanting to learn more about wine, I would encourage you to do it as well!

They helped me find the Sake I was searching the whole DMV for. Super helpful and friendly.

Some of the wine I had ordered online got cancelled. But once I got to the store all three people that helped me with this issue were super professional and helpful. They explained to me that those bottles had been misplaced and that was the reason for the cancellation. They took the time to search for them and they FOUND them! Thanks, guys. You definitely understand customer service!
BTW, the wine (Ed Edmundo Malbec) was delicious.

I like this place. Good selection and the managers/ store folk happily make excellent recommendations.

You mentioned to let you know if there is anything else I am looking for. I would really like to be apart of your loyalty program. I get asked about joining it every time I come in and would like to start collecting points as it brings me a nice sense of community and brand loyalty. I wont sign up for two reasons.
1) the points program is equivalent to for every $500 spent = $5 reward. It isn't a terrible reward but seems a little excessive of an access point for most. I would recommend a tiered system or rewards along the way.
2) the biggest reason I refuse to sign up is in your terms and conditions of the sign up page, it states that users information (phone number, email, address etc.) may be released and/or used by third parties for advertising. For me, $5 off a bottle of wine is not worth the countless spam calls I get these days.
This is not to say yall are doing anything wrong, just some advice from a gen z customer who is already delusional tired of being inundated with spam ads.

Your friendly staff, great selection and ideal location (plus the massive beer fridge that my pup likes to hang out in for a minute on hot days) are reasons I will continue to patron this fine establishment.

Very nice inside. I came after the tasting hours were already over for the day. Customer service was on Parr!!! Prices are always good and and I got what I need. It recently opened and did not disappoint. It is small but the selections are still abundant. It's also now the closest to my hose no more 45minute drive to the nearest store.

Terrific selection and great prices. Total Wine never disappoints.

Managers are very pleasant and helpful. Employees as well. Had an allergic reaction and they let me return the wine easily. I very much so like this location.

Everyone at this Total Wine is so friendly! They have all my favorite wines at such great prices. I love that you can find the wines you like online and if you set your store, it'll tell you exactly which aisle you can find it in at that store. You can also order online and pick up at store but I like browsing the aisles. As there is currently construction, it can be tricky to navigate the parking lot BUT they have put up a ton of signs to help you find parking near the entrance. I've been to other Total Wines but this one is my favorite due to the kind employees and the cleanliness of the store. Would recommend!
