Cleaners at Mark Center

I have been a customer since 2006. In that time, I have moved around the area and tried other places. I have found no place that delivers such consistent quality of service than Cleaners at Mark Center. I currently drive 26 miles one way for my dry cleaning because the cleaning is just that good. If you have anything that no other place can clean or handle, I am confident you will be sold here. I am one satisfied customer!

24 years ago, the weekend after I got married, I took my wedding dress to this establishment and had it dry cleaned and professionally stored. Now my oldest daughter is about to get married and is using my dress. When we pulled it out of the box, it was in pristine condition. I just found the ticket from when it was done and it was $115 ($80 for the cleaning and $35 for the storage box (which included a form keeper to help the dress not lay completely flat)). While that $115 felt a little steep when I had it done, I felt it was worth the cost. And now, 24 years later, I'm extremely pleased that I spent that money and had my dress done. It is in AMAZING condition (and looks BEAUTIFUL on my daughter!)

Thank you for taking the time to do my dress for me so many years ago, and doing such a good job with it that it's enabled my daughter to wear it.

I'm new to the area and decided to use the local dry cleaner for alterations. I'm so impressed, not only was my wedding dress perfect but the customer service by Jennifer was amazing! I highly recommend both using their alterations and their dry cleaning services as well!

I have to give this place five stars. They deserve that because of how they handled a situation. Long story short, they lost a pair of pants But ended up giving me $50 worth of dry cleaning free. There was another time where they under counted the number of clothes I had. They could have charged me more but instead just kept the original price. The owner Jenifer is awesome and is an example of how a good business owner should be. She remembered my name like the second time I ever went there. I’ll definitely keep coming back to this place.
