Giant Food

I had Kareem as my cashier today, he was incredibly kind and welcoming and helped me find the food I was looking for. 10/10

This Giant is clean and very well organized. They always have everything I need. Also, added security to prevent theft. Staff are friendly and generally helpful. My recent visit however, went well until I got to checkout. The checkout lady must've been in a bad mood because she wasn't friendly and didn't say much. I tried to talk and she was very rude.

Good selection of products, good prices (especially with sales and coupons), friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of parking.

Its a grocery store, i wish they carried more organic fruits and vegetables.

In addition to being a honking big market, it has a nice selection of premade hot and cold food, all at reasonable prices.

Always friendly staff and well stocked - this store is HUGE. Tonight a gentleman - Paul, went out of his way to help me when he saw I was looking for a register to check out at. He asked me how my day was, and then asked me if I had a good day today - which is a question not asked enough in these times. We had a nice conversation and I could tell he really cared about me as a customer. He told me exactly how much I saved, wish me well and thanked me when I donated to our local food bank.

Giant, if you read this - I’m sure this man is having a powerful effect on your customers in a very positive way. Please give him the credit he deserves!

Very nice Giant! Roomy aisles. Clean. Great produce meat fish deli n bakery sections. All the workers are very pleasant. Always find what i need. Bring your coupons! Giant always has good weekly sales. Busy parking lot tho in this mall, so I like going very early or late day.

I visited this Giant looking for party balloons. I came in and at the self checkout was a supervisor/manager (white guy). I asked where the balloons were and gave me the party aisle, then told me if they're not down there check the cereal aisle on a floating display. He was very busy, but told me "I'll follow up with you."

This just made me feel good inside because he was genuine in his demeanor. He really wanted to help me and he exuded that energy. Thank you brother I found what I was looking for you sent me straight to it.

This Giant has been one of the BEST Giants I've been to in years. The fruit and vegetables are always fresh and full of colors and life.The meat is fresh and so is the seafood. Everything is always nice neat and clean. Merchandise is in the correct places. Their food is up to date. The associates are always polite kind and friendly. They always make me feel welcome when I am shopping and make sure that I find everything I need. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GIANT

It was clean and I felt safe and comfortable.

Great customer service. The store is clean and orderly. I completed my grocery shopping and also purchased some greeting cards which were bagged separately. After I returned home it wasn't until the next day I realized I did not have the cards. I could not fit another trip to Giant in my schedule until the following week. I completed my purchases and on the way out I took a chance and I asked at the customer service desk if anyone had turned in greeting cards which had been purchased the week before. Mr. A, the manager. said no one had but suggested I get 2 more from the display, which I did. It was a kind and generous gesture, which he did not have to do. That is why I'll be back.

This was my first time in this Gaint store. The grocery store was clean, neat, stocked, and organized. The customer service desk including the cashiers, stockers, greeters, and others were all pleasant. If you are in the area, stop by there.

The staff is great there.always a hello and can I help find some thing. I have been shopping there for 12 years and it nice to have the staff recognize me and just a simple " how are your kids and grandkids doing" !! Donna always is appreciated !! It always nice to go to a neighborhood store and feel not like just another person !!

My daughter and I walked past the front of the Giant that had a billboard advertisement for Sushi. We went in and bought two medium trays. Later for dinner we ate them together one was spicy and the other plain. The Sushi was fresh and delicious. Nice Giant😊👍🌹

A nice groceries store, huge selection lots of parking spaces, during the week there are not too many people, no line at the cashiers

Good use of space.
Grand opening was on Nov 16th 2018 , before Giant it was Shoppers and everyone loved it . Now we have Giant in the neighborhood i really love it . They use the space very well its clean and there is Starbucks there and Pharmacy and PNC bank . The entrance to the store is very well done good lighting around the store and i love that you have a sushi bar fresh person can make it in front of you . I'm happy now where i live we have a nice store to go to . Keep up the good work and the low prices lots of ppl will come and see you soon ! I have Question : do you guys have discount on sushi on Wednesday like other Giants ?

It was an average shopping trip until getting to self check-out where I met and was helped by Nedya,who was so kind, personable, efficient, and demonstrated excellent customer service. She is a great asset for your store! I hope I spelled her name correctly. It was around 6:30 pm on Sat July 11th.
