Alex in the pharmacy department is the hardest worker I have seen in ANY CVS pharmacy. Extremely helpful, accurate and multi tasks better than most!!!

A very competent cashier helped me buy Steam card this evening. She made sure that all the card was authorized and gave me a refund when already purchased card proved to be defective. I was so grateful for the good service.

I just moved and was hesitant to change pharmacies but the staff is so helpful and wonderful. They take their time to answer my questions and help me out. I had a COVID scare as well and the pharmacist was kind and helpful to get me the take home test I needed since they weren't holding screenings that day. I used to dread going to the pharmacy but have experienced nothing but support and care with the staff who work here!

I enjoy using my rewards, manufacturer coupons and socialize with the workers. Sometimes, their advice did that I change my mind about new products and their benefits. My most recently visit to the store Nro.:1385 located at 1462 Beuregard St. Alexandria on September 10/2022 I received an excellent service through a senior lady whom name starts with " T " Tania?
she was wonderful helping to check my items through the " self-service" register and manifested her hapiness when I obtained a $2.00 reward for a next purchase. Persons like her increase the mision and value of CVS., Aida Pitot

The pharmacy staff is AWESOME! I love working with Caroline in the pharmacy, always friendly and willing to help in anyway she can. Answers all questions, and has the best customer service skills in that entire store.

This is my selected drugstore at all my doctors. They are great and fast when your correct documents are provided. If not, they will go the extra mile to help you get your prescriptions. They even provided us with a prescription discount card so we could pay less copayment. They are THAT good.
