Wonderful staff! Very family-friendly environment! Such a great variety of western apparel and boots, as well as simply southern.

I am new to buying "REAL" western boots. I knew I had to get them from Boot'Vil even tho it's an hour from home - and I am so happy I went! Liz has worked there for many years and was incredibly helpful and patient with me. (Seriously - above and beyond excellent customer service!!!) Some things I learned - if you want to get a pair of boots that are really comfortable and specific to your tastes and needs, you will need to try on several pair. I tried on probably 50 different ones in my time there because I deal with plantar fasciitis and really wanted to do something good for my feet. The ones pictured fit my taste and needs beautifully. Liz also helped me with the fit (Just how tight should they be when brand new) and what to expect. (It takes a couple of weeks to break in.) Now these boots are incredibly comfortable and others compliment me on them. I tell them - GO TO BOOT'VIL! :)

Such a cute western wear, boot shop! The staff is so warm and friendly, extremely helpful and they had SO many cute options to choose from. My husband and I are so happy with our purchases and when we pass back through, we will definitely be visiting again. It’s worth a stop!

Best customer service on the planet. I bought a pair of boots that developed an issue. They sent a brand new pair to my home state free of charge. Don't go anywhere else!

Great selection. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, and will order any sizes or styles that are not in stock. Reasonable prices and icing on the cake is playing Plinko to randomly get 10, 15, or 20% off the total. What a nice surprise!

I came to this store in October during my first trip to Virginia and I absolutely loved it! They had a wonderful selection of boots in my size and the ladies that work there were so nice in helping me choose which boots I wanted to purchase. Definitely worth the hour and a half drive I had from where I was staying. If I ever find myself in the area again, I will most definitely be stopping by again! The staff here is by far some of the sweetest people I've ever met! It's always clean and tidy in the store! I like the fact that they've introduced some new ideas into the store! There are a wide variety of things now, including western apparel, home decor, jewelry, and a lot and many more things!!!

Bootvil is the best place to get boots! The staff are WONDERFUL! They will help you with anything you need. Don't have your size boot? They will order them for you. They always have a sale going on. I love love love the store and the people that work there. Oh, and did I mention they have Simply Southern shirts?

The gals there are so welcoming and nice! I got a free t-shirt with the pumpkin I picked. The store is so cute and when I'm back in town, I definitely will be going back. 💜🎃🖤

For those not knowing Boot-Vil is under new management. I want to say the staff is a very outgoing and helpful one that does not badger you into buying but is more to assist you with the right boot. I am a saddle repairman and horseman also and buy my boots from here. Top rated.
