Earl was very knowledgeable and helpful. I needed help quick before a trip and he was patient and help me with all my needs.

In and out fairly quick. Purchase two new phones, service was great and the store was well stocked with phones and accessories.

Earl was the absolute best and I'm thankful for him helping me decided which phone I wanted and making sure I had everything I needed to make sure I was complete

Earl helped me at Verizon Wireless today. It is not everyday that people are real and just want to help you. He was super busy, and had about 7 people walk in and out while I was here. He helped me get my phone working again - literally while he was with another customer and on the phone trying to troubleshoot at the same time. He was so sweet to everyone that walked in - giving them time estimates, and always aware of what was possible. He did not have to help me at the same time, but he took an extra moment to get me seated and figure out what it is that I needed. By the time the new SIM card exchange needed to happen - he did it while he was mid-conversation on the phone and working tech on my phone.

It’s been awhile since I’ve been able to walk into a Verizon store and actually get help. I’m so happy to be part of this town and also have an amazing Verizon experience. Usually I have to go to Northern Virginia.

I hope that Earl and this Verizon Wireless store continues to be supported. Our small town needs get services like this to stick around, as we are growing rapidly. Thank you!

This store is equipped with an amazing dynamic duo, Earl and Sherry!! Every single experience I've had at this store has been on point! The two staff members are absolutely amazing and will get anything and everything you need handled in a timely and informative manner. They continuously go above and beyond to strive towards customer satisfaction, understanding and appreciation. I had a bit of a technical glitch recently and they made sure I walked out of their happy even though it put them both out by having them stay beyond closing. They did it happily and until the issue was resolved. Would never go to another Verizon store!

I was able to speak with Sherry who sold me my new IPhone! Sherry was absolutely the best and was super nice. I had some issues with trading in my phone. Sherry tried the best to her ability to assist me for about two hours which she really didn’t have to do! Earl was super sweet and helpful when speaking to me over the phone and in person. If anyone needs a new phone or anything this would be the location to go to! Sherry and Earl were amazing!! The absolute best customer service!

Had mixed experiences but let me tell you this there are still good people’s left at that place that give you good services

Great experience from the moment we walked through the door. Earl, the only rep/ Mgr on duty, greeted us immediately, inquired on our needs while multitasking 3 other customers a head of us, and was able to seamlessly take care of us all with no problems. He was personable, informative, and thorough.
In fact, I even commended Earl on his customer service before he'd even fully began working with us. Best Verizon experience ever. Thanks Earl!

I went to the store in Orange. I talked to a white gentleman named Damien. I expressed to him that I was having issues hearing people when they called me whether regularly or speakerphone. I asked him what we could do about this situation and was told there's nothing we can really do. I asked him about paying the phone off and he said he would not suggest that being that I had just purchased the phone. I said fine goodbye in which he replied goodbye. I was out in the area looking for a cover for my truck and decided to come by the Verizon in Ruckersville. I was greeted by a young man named Earl. I told him exactly what I had told Damien. He said have a seat I can help you. He pulled up the account and seen that I had only had my phone for less than two months. He proceeded to call Customer Service because he felt I needed a replacement phone since it was still within the one year manufacturers warranty. We were on the phone with Customer Service for an hour, but Earl was able to resolve the issue and having s new phone sent to my home by January 30. He also mentioned to us while we were waiting to do the Eargo hearing screening. I said why not we're waiting. I took it and passed, but when my husband took the screening he didn't pass. He's looking forward to trying the Eargo for the 45-day period Earl mentioned. Earl is a very nice man and we will definitely be back to the Verizon in Ruckersville for future needs.

Earl Johnson at this Verizon outlet has assisted me a half-dozen times, and each time I've been struck by his patience, affability, and resourcefulness. Often he is the only one in the store, so it is necessary to wait for his assistance while he serves customers who arrived earlier. But he is worth the wait! Today, for example, he talked me through how to get a replacement iPhone (covered by warranty) when I discovered that the
replacement I was sent last week (after losing my original iPhone, covered by Verizon insurance) was not taking clear photos. I particularly enjoy Earl's gentle sense of humor, allowing him to graciously handle even the most elderly, befuddled customer at his desk. (Not saying I'm that person...ha!)

Amazing customer service !

I walked in feeling completely helpless from another Verizon store down the road! I was greeted with the biggest smile and best customer service ! The gentlemen was trying to undo the havoc that another Verizon store caused me, and he did it within 15 minutes. A true hero for me that day!

I came in and talked to Earl about bubbles in my ZFlip3 screen. While looking at it he realized the bubbling was in the screen protector. He tried contacting Samsung customer service but was unable to get an agent on the phone. I was told to go to Best Buy to see if they carry this screen protector. I am relieved to know it was not my screen that was bubbling and just the screen protector. Earl is a great guy!

Earl is the man. He'll take care of you and make sure you and your family are straight. Best customer service I've ever received in phone service, let alone any industry period. If you live in Central VA, you need Earl.

Earl was incredibly friendly and helpful when me and my mother needed new phones, he helped us pick the best phone and helped us to save on our plan. He helped us get our plan changed in order to get our bill down as much as possible he never complained once with me asking a million questions. I highly recommend them!!

This was the best experience I have ever had. The team far surpassed neighboring Verizon stores. The made me feel like I matter.

Sherry was wonderful. Although she was alone in the store with a few customers, she was patient and knowledgeable, and so professional.
