Great to see the family that is carytown tabacco spreading their love to cville. A much needed addition to the downtown mall. The staff here is very educated in everything tobacco, vape, cbd, kratom, glass, and more. They also have all the latest tech u could possibly need to ease your mind. Customer loyalty def has its perks. I def recommend checking this place out if ur in the cville area. Much love

This is a great shop, large selection of pretty much everything they sell. Jordan is great, but honestly everyone there is really friendly and helpful. They all do their best to make sure you have a good experience and are happy to talk to you about any issues. Great customer service, very nice, friendly staff, and a great selection. I've been to other shops around here several times, and this is the only one I come back to. Thanks guys! I appreciate you.

1st off let me just start by saying that by far hands down this place is the best shop in Charlottesville in my opinion... probably the state, maybe the country.. who knows regardless of that their service is Superior. You can't beat it...they are amazing. They will go out of their way to make sure you are happy. They play great music in the store and you are guaranteed to leave with a smile on your face because the humor Is excellent. Aside from that the products that he has are priced great they are competitive with everyone else. If they aren't lower they will lower the prices. If they do not have what you usually buy they will check stock in their other store if they do not have it in their other store they will specifically order whatever you need
I've been coming here for a while the price of the object I usually buy is $20.52 to be exact I had forgotten my wallet and had no bank card no credit cards. I only had $10 on me at the time he let me get my $20 purchase for 10 bucks and he said don't worry about paying me back of course I did because that's the type of person I am but just the fact that he said don't worry about it shows a lot about his character. Since then the same product has been lowered to $17. SHOP HERE!!!!! By the way I never ever leave reviews!

Without question the best shop in Charlottesville. All three of their locations are top-notch. The owners and staff are incredibly knowledgeable, welcoming and kind. One of the very few local businesses I will stop in just to say hello (even when I'm not shopping). Keep up the fantastic work my friends, you're appreciated!

This is a very nice store. It's clean, it has options and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. (Especially Micheal.) He helped me figure out what the best choice would be for me... Not only do they have everything tobacco and vape but they also have some amazing smelling candles that lasts a long time...

Downtown is the best of the Carytown tobaccos. It’s a whole vibe to walk in the shop. The people are super nice and know what they are talking about! They always have consistent products and Michael helped me find my favorite water pipe. Definitely coming here for all of my future purchases.

The only tobacco shop I go to honestly. Great staff, very knowledgeable about all of their products. Aaron and Wesley are usually the two I see the most and these guys are both top notch when it comes to their help answering questions I have or showing me new merchandise they think I’d be interested in.

These guys are top notch. The fellas that work here are always super helpful and knowledgeable about all of their products. From cigarettes, vapes, pipes, grinders, kratom and more they’re always prepared to answer any questions. It’s the only Tobacco Shop I use to be honest. The guy working there was so helpful and awesome! I went in intending to buy my usual vape but he offered to try a different vape that was just as good and saved me a good $10!!! I was very happy with my new vape and for having $left too!!!!
