Fabios Ny Pizza-Ruckersville

Our waitress, who I unfortunately didn't get the name of, was amazing and very helpful. The breaded mushrooms were pretty standard fare but good. The alfredo broccoli soup was good and not something I've seen in other Italian restaurants. I had the garlic and oil pasta which tasted great. That being said, I have some small notes for the restaurant...

The serving sizes here are LARGE. I was able to eat half of my soup and about 2/3 of my pasta. I definitely over ate and most people would only be able to eat half of an entree. I'm worried that the large portions may affect the restaurant monetarily over time. The lighting of the restaurant was quite dark, especially with the blinds closed, which they were. I'd, personally, like to be able to see the dish I'm eating as presentation is an important part of food. One last tiny note; The parsely garnish on the rim of my plate with my pasta served no tasting purpose and visually made the dish less appealing, in my opinion.

Amazing pizza! The dough was crispy, cooked to perfection. The toppings were delicious! The tiramisú dessert was fantastic! We will definitely dine here again. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, perfect for families but also a nice date night.

Love this place and eat here often. The pizzas are fabulous. The chicken parmesan is the best I have EVER had, and that is certainly saying a lot. It's easily four meals, but the chicken is super tender and juicy (not dry and overcooked liked a lot of places), the sauce is delicious and there's plenty of cheese. The spaghetti is almost as good as homemade straight from your kitchen. The Philly Cheesesteak is also pretty amazing. I will have to remember to take pics next time. Service is always smiling and friendly at this location.

Fabio has incredible sauces for his dishes. We are never disappointed. When we pass by during the lunch or dinner hour, we always stop to grab a bite.

Awesome in and extraordinary way. Fresh salad, delux cheestake sub with freshly baked bread 🍞 Facilities are clean, staff is courteous and attentive. $10.50 during lunch. Will tell others and return soon for more.

I've always ordered take out and it's always correct order. The pizza dobhave a New York taste, especially the dough...I'd like them to leaveb it in the oven an extra minute or 2. The XL will feed 4 or 5 hungry people

Great food and very kind people. I know they are short staffed but you can tell they try their hardest to serve the best they can, and they do an amazing job of it. I’m never disappointed when I get food from here. Especially the steak and cheese sub with fries!

My first Italian food while visiting the East coast, and I went on to enjoy delicious Italian in DC and NYC. Hands down, this was THE best food! Everything is homemade. The focaccia bread alone was worth the visit. The atmosphere is relaxed and family friendly, and the meals are very affordable (about $13-18/plate). I had the Tour of Italy (see pic), and all elements were utterly amazing! Chicken Parmigiana, 7 layer lasagna, and alfredo. I only finished half the meal...it was too much food. And the chianti was great, too.

We used Fabio's to cater an event at our home. Every aspect of dealing with Fabio's was outstanding. The food was delicious and there was a LOT of it. The staff were SO friendly and appreciative. The prices were very reasonable as well.

We have also eaten at the restaurant many times and ALWAYS LOVE the food, service and dining experience.

This place is fantastic. The pizza is amazing, the sauce and cheese have great flavor. Don’t forget to get a cannoli, you won’t regret it! The lady at the front is very friendly. Do yourself a favor and check it out!

The best pizza ever, I got the white pizza and the veggies are so fresh, the cheese is so creamy, and the garlic is perfect.

Don't tell anyone about this place. It is so good......I don't wish to have to wait for a table.

I want to crawl under and blanket myself. These were the thoughts I had while eating Fabio’s lasagna.

We used Fabio’s to cater a large baby shower. We ordered 2 trays of Chicken Alfredo Fettuccine, a large lasagna, and a large ziti. All of the dishes were amazing. We highly recommend Fabios.
