Enchanted Fireside

I don't normally like to write reviews, but Enchanted Fireside is an outstanding company and deserves a fantastic review! I bought a pellet stove for my house and Enchanted made it the easiest process from start to finish. Norman was my point person, and he was incredibly helpful through the entire process and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. The install technicians were so kind and made me very comfortable when they were working in my house. After the install, the technicians that came out to show me how my stove works were just as nice. They were at my house for almost 2 hours and were very thorough in making sure the stove was working efficiently for me. I really enjoyed working with Enchanted Fireside and I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone looking at buying a heating stove for their house.

This is my go to for all things fire for my home. I've had two units installed, an Enviro Kodiak wood insert and a Hearthstone free standing wood stove and the jobs went perfectly. Mike the installer was incredible to work with and a total professional. Karen and the whole crew there are all great at their jobs and know what they're doing. They clean our chimneys as well as the liners for the units. They only sell great products, no cheap stuff that will fall apart in a couple of burn seasons. They have flexible payment plans for the installations and are very friendly. I won't go anywhere else.

Great people and great prices. I bought a Revelli RV100 and it had few issues from factory Norman and his guys made it right with no hassle and the installation guys were very nice and explained me what they was doing step by step so I could learn how to work with it. I recommend Enchanted Fireside.

Mike & Roy just finished installing my new fireplace. They were incredibly nice and efficient. The install looks great and they wore their safety gear while doing the install. Overall it was a great experience, they really made me feel like they care about the customer and our experience.
Karen and Norm were also great with the sale and figuring out the specs for which system would work for my home.
Hoping the next steps also go this smoothly (getting the plumber out to connect the gas line and then the final start up) because I am excited to fire this thing up! :-)

Enchanted Fireside is a great family business. My husband and I had a wonderful in-store buying experience with Rocco who taught us everything we needed to know for our wood stove. We loved having our new stove this past winter and it works wonders! We experienced some confusion during the installation process, but Rocco and his team did an amazing job resolving our concerns and made sure our experience was as positive as possible. We appreciate the expertise and honest business practices of Enchanted Fireside and would recommend it.

Great service and they did an amazing job installing our fireplace in a reasonable time frame. They were very communicative throughout the whole process and I couldn't be more happy with our decision.

We just had our new wood burning stove inserted today. The installers are AMAZING! Our installation was not an easy one as our chimney is extremely high. They had a huge ladder and Roy bravely climbed to the top to insert the the round thing down the chimney, while Mike made sure every bolt was tightened. They are an excellent team! Extremely professional and friendly. They answered all of our questions and did everything perfectly, including cleaning up after themselves. Our fireplace looks great! We love the look of our new wood burning insert! Thank you to everyone at Enchanted Fireside for a seamless purchase and installation!

Recently bought a house with a pellet stove that Enchanted installed years ago. The previous homeowner did not keep up with the maintenance causing the stove to need a deep cleaning. Enchanted sent their technician Matt out to the house. He was very professional, knowledgeable and willing teach. He was more than willing to show me the ins and outs of my stove and at the same time he was striving for perfection to ensure my stove operated at the top of its game. The stove now runs better than it did. Thanks for your patience and your hard work!

I visited Enchanted Fireside over the weekend looking for a replacement clamp for my fireplace door. The sales man on the floor was helpful in asking both his sales and service colleagues to see if they recognized the part and how I would be able to get my hands on one or place an order for it. I don't recall the serviceman's name, I believe it was Mike or Jay, told me to hold on for a second while I waited on the showroom. He came back with a rigged clamp with some spare parts he had that matched the sample clamp I came in with. I asked him, "What do I owe you? and he said, "Nothing, just spread the good word." Thank you again for taking the extra effort to meet my needs and will always spread the good word.

I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience working with Enchanted Fireside, and I have not been the easiest customer to deal with along the way. I initially went during the tax-free weekend and received a decent offer on the Quadra-Fire Trekker, but decided to go with a Harman, instead. The Harman didn’t work out and I was frustrated with my experience, so I called Enchanted Fireside to see what they could offer when it wasn’t the tax-free weekend. They still gave me a great a deal, which was only slightly higher than the price on the tax-free weekend after taxes!

They were very professional with the measurements that they took before installation and the installation itself was great. My wife and I were dissatisfied with the quantity of soot accumulating on our glass and ash collecting in the firebox of our Trekker and Enchanted Fireside did everything they could to make things right.

It is rare that you find a company that cares so much about their customers and would literally give you the stove out of their own living room, if it would make a happy customer!

We bought a beautiful direct vent gas stove in October. They were very busy that day so we looked around ourselves for awhile, but when Rocco was able to help us he not only answered all of our questions, but had some great suggestions and information we didn't even know about. Also a big shout out to installers Mike and Roy. Not only did they do a great job but a pleasure to have around.

We purchased our pellet stove over 10 years ago and have had excellent customer service for our regular maintenance and rare repair. The service guys are professional and courteous. This is a company that truly stands behind their products and puts a lot of value on customer service.

I had two Enchanted Fire places installed at my house and I have to say that I have had no problem with them. I believe they have been running now for over four years. As a result of having my fireplaces, 5 families that I know have installed fireplaces in their homes as well. The feed back that I have from all 5 families is that they absolutely love them. If I had to rate Enchanted Fireside Company from 1 to 10 it definitely would be a 10. You won't believe the workmanship that they do especially how neat they are during the installation. My wife and I are very pleased with the entire process of working with Enchanted Fireside for our new gas fireplace. Everyone was very nice and professional. They called us when they said they would call, arrived at our house on time and they were prepared to do the work. The plumber, installer, sales representative and Matt who installed our custom face plate and showed us how to use our new unit were wonderful. Our new gas fireplace was a substantial investment, so it is nice to know that Enchanted Fireside cares about its customers and appreciates their business. I traveled 45 minutes to buy a pellet stove insert. These folks carry a huge amount of supplies and equipment in there warehouse. Everyone else in and around Boston had to order anything I wanted or needed with 2 to 4 week lead times. The folks at the warehouse loaded me up and off I went. I installed myself and they were more than willing to answer every dumb question I had along the way. Their service after the sale is amazing! They didn't just write me off after it was all done. I can't recommend Enchanted enough.

Rocco & Karen owners of Enchanted Fireside are awesome! They installed a beautiful quadrafire pellet stove in our previous home. In our new home, Jay, their service tech repaired a majestic gas stove and now we can truly say our living room is "enchanted"! We highly recommend Enchanted Fireside!
