Grocery,bakery, dairy,farm produce, meat, fish n chicken branded products. Understand regular shoppers can have card available with discount,25 plus checkouts n packing assistance at checkouts,impressed n a Nice shopping experience today.

We experienced a wonderful shopping trip today at the Worcester Ma store on West Boylston Street. Such a helpful staff and so friendly. A few years ago this wasn't the case but things have certainly changed!

Did a quick run in to cash some cans and grab a snack. Everything went well except the self check out was giving me a hassle . The nice young girl there helped me. It didn't take her five seconds to have it resolved and I was on my way.
I stopped at customer service for some West Boylston trash bags. The young man there was very nice. The bags were in sticked.... purchased four packs and was on my way.
All around good stop.

Stop and Shop is the Best Supermarket in central Massachusetts hands down. They keep the facility Neat and Clean. They have the Friendliest of Store Staff. Always willing to help you out when you are in a pinch. Got plenty of Great & Fresh food to offer; so those pesky hunger pains go away quick and easy. They always have what I need. The atmosphere is of superb Positivity. So give them a try. Come on in will you. You will be Amazed.

Very clean and well stocked. Pricing isn't and worse than any other market that I've been in recently. I haven't had any problems with fresh vegetables and fruits rotting too soon. Meats are pretty good too.

I never shop anywhere else the staff the product price everything I don't run around wasting my time for $0.05 $0.10 these guys work with me and I love them.My items are on sale usually so I STOP & STOCK. They support the churches with donations of food that they don't sell goes to the homeless and helps people with little money survive today.The store does not sell tobacco and alcoholic beverages liquor wine and I respect that .Could use a small coffee shop and a sit down area in bakery as a suggestion.Better wi fi service.

Good store I like the meat packs for 99,they always hook you up, so it even a better deal then it says...I recommend a small freezer chest and buy $99 meat packs that last a month + for 2 hungry teen boys and me and my girl can put away some steak!! Lol but overall great shopping fish is a great deal here

It is a decent grocery store..
The wonderful active meat manager Arthur isn't there anymore
There is a man named Joe who seems to be in charge but isn't personable
The girl Michelle has been very helpful she is constantly working the few Times I've shopped...
Maybe the meat room will improve as there is a young new manager learning the ropes

Service is always friendly, selection has improved since local Wegman's opened. Produce and meat can be a little sketchy, but that seems to be at every grocery store.

Personally. . I never shop anywhere else . The Personnel here in the products they treat you like a king.
And the store contributes to society at the human level and they're not just about making a profit.

Clean store, friendly staff. Pharmacy has exceptional customer service over the phone and in person.
