Recently purchased a Lexus ES350 from Lindsay Volvo and the experience was a good and pleasant one. I dealt with Mr. Graham Byrd, who was very professional and knowledgeable. He was very honest and upfront and even took care of a few details that I identified during my test drive and inspection of the vehicle, to include a second key that was misplaced and was purchased and the key cut by Lindsay Lexus. Overall was very satisfied with my purchase experience and would highly recommend Lindsay Volvo and Mr. Graham which was the sale purchase. representative that handled my purchase.

By the way, I really did like the fact that they detailed the car and left it with a full tank of gas....

Had some service done here this week and was able to schedule for the very next morning. New location was very clean, well staffed, and i was helped right away. The service coordinator answered all my questions and booked me a shuttle (Lyft) to work and back at my convenience. I was kept in the loop via text and was able to view and approve each line item via a link while on my lunch break which made the whole process fairly painless. I also called twice when I had little time to wait for a text response and was able to speak with someone both times quickly. Would definitely recommend using this service department to other Volvo owners/lovers.

I also purchased a car (white T8 Polestar Engineered S60) several years ago from Gus at their previous location and had a very pleasant experience with him and the team. Don’t know who all still works there in the sales and finance departments but I think Gus still does and deserves the shoutout!

I went in with a road hazard tire problem without an appointment and was quickly attended. I have a tire care package and the staff was very knowledgeable and aware of the package. Communication was clear and transparent throughout the day and my car was ready by early afternoon. Would definitely visit again in the future.

Very professional staff. Very easy and smooth process. Detail the vehicle and filled the gas tank since I lived a couple hours away. Very genuine and considerate act. Gus was the salesman I dealt with. He remained in contact with me thoroughly keeping me updated with the vehicle as well as providing any alias information I ask for. Gus is great, as well as the rest of the staff. Very pleased with the experience especially with being my first car purchase that wasn’t from a private seller.

Awesome experience at Lindsay with Carlos - he was very patient with us and helpful. We walked in Sunday with no intention of purchasing a car soon and by Wednesday had a new car! We were nervous about the entire process but Carlos made it painless for us. Would highly recommend!

The experience I had at Lindsay Volvo was a good one. I would say since the new facility has opened, it’s been a pleasure having gone twice now. I considered using another Volvo dealership due to prior long waits, lack of a car wash and what seemed to be unfriendly service, but now, it’s definitely better. Friendlier staff, faster appointments and a wash after service. I would definitely continue to use Lindsay Volvo.

When I drove my vehicle to the service area, I was a little confused. I didn't see the door to access the service area. This was the first time taking my vehicle to the newly updated service center. A employee saw that I was lost and directed me the service area. He was polite. The staff greeted me with a smile and were very accommodating. Charles greeted me and we discussed the service I would be receiving on my vehicle. He was thorough. He than escorted me to the new state of the art waiting area.

I was satisfied with the friendly service and Charles providing me with updates. My vehicle rides like a dream.

We worked with Evan and Debbie and they were both wonderful. Extremely knowledgeable, patient and friendly throughout the entire process. They took the time to listen and understand our needs and they did not push or add pressure at any step along the way. We are super happy with our purchase, 10/10 would recommend!

We had Nam as our salesperson, he was knowledgeable and answered all our questions, was patient through the negotiation of the best price for us (bought a used car). He never pressured us or made us feel uncomfortable, very easy to talk to and made the process smooth. He had the car ready to be viewed in the garage, nice touch not to have to stand out in the cold. The sales manager and finance manager were both great too. Recommend the team
