This place is great !

Cash only parking lot. No one mans the booth on the weekends.

Price is average and there's always a spot. The attendant is rude, however. He chased us down to yell at us for not stopping at the front to pay him. of course we didn't need to pay him because we already had a monthly pass.

Update: second offense. The same guy, didn't recognize us after having improperly yelled at me just the day before. This time he whistled and yelled "YO" before eventually realizing, yep, we still have a monthly pass.

The attendant was rude. He said we were lucky. Someone was just leaving. I said how can I be lucky when I have a reservation. He said we should never do it that way. I’d never go here again.

DO NOT PARK HERE. Parking attendant was extremely rude and unhelpful. Sign outside of the lot advertised a flat rate of $10 for the day—paid with park mobile as directed by signs in the lot since there was no attendant in the morning. When we came back to park again, attendant said he couldn’t find our car in the system even though ParkMobile said we had 13 hours left and that we should have paid him instead of the app even though he wasn’t there when we parked in the morning. We showed him several times that we had paid and our card had been charged for the day with the ParkMobile app and card app. He was extremely rude during the entire conversation and when we asked him if we could at least use the lot to turn around in since it would be difficult to back out he told us to get out.

The attendant was extremely rude. Never saw a person that was rude like that. We got a pass from Spot Hero. However, when we were at the gate, the attendant refused to accept the Spot Hero pass, and forced us to pay with cash or credit card again. We kept trying to communicate with him that we paid and had a pass, he refused to listen and kept yelling at us, until both me and my husband got mad and yelled back. Our dash camera recorded every sentence he said.

Made brief stop in under building parking lot next door to place a call. Attendant (older gentleman) hopped over divider from his lot INTO the building under-lot. He interrupted my call just to tell me: “Either pay him to park in HIS lot or idle in the street.”

Didn’t realize he owned the under lot shared by the law firm & media agency. Wish him and his business all the best.

Don’t park here. My car got hit and run. Attendant said he didn’t see anything. I wish I had more hands so I can give this place 4 thumbs down.
