Delia's

This is one of those little gem places in Alexandria that we just love to go to. The menu is great with so many choices especially the grill octopus! One of our favorites! Service is always outstanding you do not wait for your food which is a big thing especially after sitting in a movie theater for 3 hours haha! They're draft beer on tap features a lot of the local breweries and although I'm not an aficionado in beers I can say every recommendation ever made has been spot on. Definitely check this place out! A special treat for us always is the crème brulee, so creamy and kicks my sweet tooth right in the you know where haha.

So good! I had the Bolognese, which was DELICIOUS! And my fiance ordered the Gyro Entree, which was also delicious and enormous. We will definitely be back to try more!

There may be another post on this but the food is always outstanding the service is top-notch totally enjoy coming in here the atmosphere I like the decor and there's a lot of room. Definitely a place to check out when you're in this area!

Upon entering Delia's, anticipation swirled with each step, only to be met with a disheartening sight. The reception seemed oblivious to our presence, leaving us stranded in a sea of uncertainty. Despite their attention the host decided to talk to another customer that just open the door.

However, once past this initial setback, Delia's unveiled its true splendor. From the first bite, it was evident that every dish was crafted with a meticulous passion.

Ate here twice on our weekend in Alexandria. The first time there was seven of us. Pizza and wings were excellent. It was so good, we went back on Easter Sunday with 19 of us. They were so accommodating for such a busy day, provided great service and food was again delicious.

When I say I love this place I mean it with my entire heart. EVERYTHING was tasty. Highly recommend the hummus, spicy mango wings, and the short rib gnocchi. I stopped eating just that I could have left overs and eat it again. The hummus was so fresh and has ruined store bought hummus for me forever. I did get the pomegranate sangria and it was tasty! But I felt nothing after drinking the entire thing. Also the tiramisu was just okay. I would try a different dessert next time. The restaurant is pretty small but reservations are easy to make and we were seated right away. 10/10 recommend. Can’t wait to come back!

This place is magnificient. Such a cute cozy dining room and some outside seating for spring- fall. Food is always great and wonderful wine selection. They have an awesome happy hour as well. HIGHLY recommend it. On top of that they are next door to AMC- great date spot!

I had a salad that had walnuts. Added chicken. It was a good choice!

Great lunch, terrific food. The gyro platter had more meat than I could finish and was delicious. The seafood pasta and chocolate cake were also good. Want to return to try other dishes.

This restaurant has 2 locations..this one has wood fired pizza..its is perfection especially when accompanied with a Limoncello Martini lol. The bartenders are very nice and you feel very welcomed when you sit down!

Excellent service and food. Staff was great, so was the food. Lunch menu seemed a little pricey but no complaints on the quality of food. Look forward to going back and trying a pizza next time. Calamari, pork hogie and salads were perfect.

I went here for lunch and sat outside. It was nice and my server was great as well.I got the seafood pasta which was delicious. It was my first time there and I’d definitely go back and probably reorder the same dish. I believe they make their pasta in-house which is what I love.

We were in town for my father's burial with family. George helped me plan a wonderful dinner for everyone to be together after. The food and service was absolutely wonderful. When we are back in the area we will definitely be back.

Updated Oct 1, 2021. Had ANOTHER wonderful meal at Delia's. Had the salad with lobster. Excellent. Had the pizza rolls as appetizers and they were supper food. Chocolate cake for dessert. Excellent. Highly recommended. Highly. I did not take photos oh my salad and desert 😋 for some reason, wish I had. This was my third time back since Feb 2021.

Delia's was ok to good. I would say a 3.75 star. They claim fresh home made pasta but the night I went the pasta maker was off duty, so. This night I had a seafood pasta and ate in. It was pretty good. Had iced tea to drink and that was good, plus the drink refill was a "change out" as opposed to the server taking your glass and going off for a few minutes to refill. In my view, the second glass of Tea is huge as opposed to the glass being taken from you.

I have had the lasagna is the past as a take out and it was good. It traveled well as a take out. You know, some meals do not travel well (meaning they do not make good take out). But the lasagna from Delia's was very, very good when I got home.

The service was very good. Very nice people

Definitely worth your time to try out.

Best wings, pizza, and pasta. The veal vodka pasta was 100/10! Also, do yourself a favor and try their Greek salad. I need their dressing in a bottle to-go!

I can totally understand why Delia's is a local favorite. Came in on Monday night and the place was buzzing, not overcrowded but more than I would expect on a Monday night. Anyways, my server Ebert was great, attentive and alert to all tables. The food was good and ambiance was great. Not here often but would come back again if on the area.

Happy hour food is a good bang for your buck! I had the pizza knuckles and it was a full meal, I couldn't finish them. But let me tell you about this Seafood Asparagi Pasta dish, I rarely eat pasta. But shrimp, scallops, crabmeat and asparagus is a winning combination in that incredible sauce.

The food was tasty. We all enjoyed every bit. The flavors were on point! We were cross dipping all our food in all the delicious sauce.

I used Delia's online contact form to request a reservation about 10 days in advance for 12 for a Saturday evening - 10 tween boys + 2 adults. The owner, George, replied back same day to say to confirm the request. When we arrived at the restaurant our table was all set up and our server, Gigi, introduced herself. Gigi made the night seamless - pizzas came out quickly (even though they were short staffed!), our water was always refilled, Gigi checked in with us regularly and was so pleasant and went above and beyond to create a wonderful atmosphere. The restaurant was clean and staff were so friendly. Our boys called it "fancy" and were quite impressed. Would definitely return and recommend for family-friendly group! Thank you to George and crew!

The food, drinks and service was 10/10/10! Very quiet evening and after having a bad day, this was much needed. Will recommend this place to everyone!! Thank you again and we will definitely be back.
